My husband and I came here for lunch, and unfortunately the host forgot to place my order, so only one of us initially received a meal. He had to send his food back to be kept warm while mine was being prepared. The host was embarrassed and apologized…it was an honest mistake, and we understood. However, when his meal was returned, they had also forgotten to add his black beans. Oop.

Food and service are always perfection here, my friend and I had the fajita burritos and I had to get them to go as I was headed to the airport. And let me just say it took me 2.5 hrs before I could eat that thing and not only did it hold up perfectly (it was still warm), it was also super flavorful and the tortilla was NOT soggy. After 2.5 hours??? That is some burrito wrapping skills!! Super impressed.
And legit, one of the best tasting burritos out there (my fave in fact) and the beef was tender and no grizzle or fat). Just top quality ingredients!!

I eat at Sharky’s, specifically this location twice a week if not more sometimes. There is a good variety to keep me coming and I appreciate better ingredients. The team is friendly, lively and attentive. They are constantly cleaning and keeping tables ready for all guests. This is the only location where I am checked on while I dine to see if everything is good. Special shout out to Kelin and Ulises, you guys have a great team!

First of all, Sharkey’s menu is one of the best of all Mexican restaurants in Southern California. I love the staff at the Woodland Hills location. Attentive, courteous and welcoming. These restaurants aren’t designed to feel like family restaurants but they are! Always full of multigenerational families.

I had such a great experience at Sharkey’s Woodland Hills. From the second we walked in, Alex was super kind, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. Alex kept checking in on us throughout our visit to make sure we were happy and had everything we needed, which really made us feel taken care of. Alex’s customer service was honestly amazing and made the whole experience so much better.
Marilyn, the general manager, was also really sweet and accommodating, which added to the positive vibe of the place. She was very professional and made sure everything was running smoothly, and you could tell she truly cares about her customers and her team.
Overall, Alex and Marilyn made this a really enjoyable visit, and I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this Sharkey’s to others.

I used to love this location but I’m growing a bit suspicious of this location because I saw the manager drop the chip scoop into the trash then take it out, go to the back, and come back with a wet one leading me to believe it wasn’t a fresh sanitized one from the dishwasher plus she wasn’t wearing gloves either so she probably stuck her hands in the trash to get the scoop, didn’t wash her hands and then brought back a rinsed scoop which is not a clean scoop that was dried by a rag, who knows if that was even clean. I had to throw my $8 chips out and am scared to eat any of the other food I paid for. Everyone’s clean is different I get that but for food establishments you need to be OCD level clean. I also didn’t understand why dogs are allowed inside with an open salsa bar. Definitely not sanitary. The staff was friendly though so that’s why it’s 2 stars instead of 1. I don’t want anyone to lose their job over this but franchise owners or corporate should explain to workers that customers with medical conditions come in and can get hospitalized due to these types of mishandlings and so they should be trained to take sanitary practices way more seriously especially if you’re advertising yourselves as a “healthy” option to dine at, it’s misleading for people with medical conditions and it’s discrimination to not accommodate someone with medical conditions to the best of your ability meaning if you’re allergic to fish maybe don’t go to a seafood joint but this situation was not that, this is about basic hygiene.

Sharky’s is a staple – great-quality Tex-Mex food at very reasonable prices! Not many restaurants of this cuisine use organic, natural ingredients, so it’s really nice to see one that does. They have an incredible gluten-free selection too! You need to try a bunch of different things from the menu because it’s all good – their burritos are huge and top-notch, tacos are very flavorful with any protein (especially with the new crispy cheese option), their guacamole is great, power plates and bowls are perfect for lower-calorie eaters, nachos are the best we’ve ever had, and even the salads are REALLY good as well!! It doesn’t matter if you get steak, chicken or salmon – all the proteins are great, and we absolutely love the salsa bar after you order. Get them all and have the freedom to choose which one you like best! All in all, this is perfect to satisfy your Tex-Mex cravings – ditch Chipotle and get something way better here!
