We heard great things about this restaurant. So we bought 9 of us to try it out for the first time. Most of us had the famous Cuban Sandwich. Totally recommend it. Others ordered from the menu and the were delicious.
I will definitely return back. Services was great and prices were fair. Try it out, you will enjoy your time.

Sharky’s is a WONDERFUL place for breakfast! Our food was delicious! The service was great too. Our server was a very sweet young lady. She had a beautiful personality. They accommodated my husband’s black pepper allergy too. The coffee was so hot and delicious, and the size for the price with refills was great! I ordered the challah bread french toast. WOW! It was fantastic! A little sweet with just a tiny hint of a lemony flavor. Great with or without maple syrup. My scrambled eggs and my husband’s ham and cheese omelet was spot on. I highly recommend eating breakfast here. It’s a lovely way to start your fun filled beach day.

Omelets were super tasty & portions were plenty. Loved the vibe, esp the outdoor seating. Def the best spot for bfast outside!

Wasn’t really expecting anything special at this very chill, outdoor seating, corner spot with local vibes. But we ended up leaving very surprised by the quality of the food. The waiter and cook were very friendly and helpful. But the absolute highlight was the cheese steak sandwich they served. This thing was a decent size, not lacking on anything. Perfect ratio of cheese (nicely mixed into the meat). And the meat was the most flavorfull I’ve had in any sandwich in a long time. I have had just about every cheese steak worth biting into (Philly and beyond) and this one here at Sharky’s was tasty beyond words. Their Cuban Pressed sandwich was another notable win in our stop. Breakfast or not, this is a must-try when you are looking for a bite in the region.

Strawberry smoothie was good, French toast was great. The waiter was pretty prompt. The only issue was that the whole place was swarming with flies. At least 10 were circling my table at all times. Also, the bathroom is pretty disgusting.

Had breakfast with a friend as we wanted to support this small venue. Coffee was watery, no carbonated soda available. Food was good, although served on disposable plates & plastic cutlery.
Service was okay. Pricey breakfast, averaged $19 each for two adults.

Started out by telling us what they were out of which included all juices. We were there for breakfast, so how bad could it be? Bad…it could be very bad. My western omelette was 16 dollars. I had yellowfin tuna tartare the previous night for less. Omelette had zero flavor. Peppers and onions very practically raw. Potatoes had a very odd taste. I decided ketchup was in order. How bad could the ketchup be? Bad. I could be very bad. I’ve never seen this brand of ketchup and I hope I never do again. Coffee came in styrofoam and was 4 dollars. If the bill would have been 20 bucks, I wouldn’t be writing this review. But after twenty percent tip, which was well deserved for pleasant and timely service, we paid 40 dollars.

We just stopped for a quick breakfast and ended with a great meal . The prices seemed a little high until we saw the serving sizes. The coffee is not so great but sausage, egg and cheese sandwich was great

This is our go to for breakfast on the beach. Their sandwiches are pricer than other shops but they’re also massive, with 2 sausage patties and 2 eggs.
I would recommend calling them directly or getting takeout in person because ordering online is around $3-4 more expensive.

Awesome little outdoor local spot that you could window order and sit where ever. Now they have turned it into a sit down and order with a waiter traditional restaurant type set up and we weren’t a fan. Adds some cost and just kind of takes away from why we have grown to love this place in the past. Lots of sit down to eat breakfast places we will probably go check out in dewey instead of sharky’s now.
2022 Update: still sticking with the host, waiter concept. It drives the cost of a meal with my family up noticeably. This place was so much more enjoyable when you window ordered and sat wherever you wanted.
2023 Update: ordered breakfast for our family this morning. A small OJ is $7! Kids had eggs, French toast, pancakes. Wife had a smoothie. Our bill was $80! For breakfast! Plastic silverware and paper plates, sat at a table where the grass has grown up to the seats. They charged us 3.25% fee for using a credit card. These are all bad things.
20 years ago I loved this place. Every time we go I’m reminded of how much it has changed for the worse. $80 to feed my family a basic breakfast is crazy, I didn’t even get anything. The suggested tips on our bill were 20%, 22%, 25%. I hate that I feel like I’m being scammed and ripped off for breakfast. I feel like we can never go back. Our dinner at Starboard was cheaper and I had a beer last night.
