This place, without a doubt, has THE best food on STJ! Best Mussels I’ve ever eaten in my life, ordered an additional 1 to go this time! Their Wings, Fried Wontons & Fettuccini Alfredo with Shrimp all out of this world amazzzing!

This place is this STAR of Coral Bay. They have amazing food, great drinks, and reasonable prices. The music is the best- it kept me here longer than planned- the Bartender Matt, is a Gem and he will give you every bit of info you could want about what’s happening now, where is the best place to rent, sights to see. Don’t miss Sharky’s…. With Free Parking, pristine views, the freshest food, and best music… this spot will elevate your St. John experience to an 11.
Highly recommend anything that involves the Blackened Mahi, I did the salad, my husband did the sandwich and we LOVED it. My husband said the local hot sauce was the best he ever had and he doesn’t talk in those terms.
I wish when I was eating I thought to grab a pic of my food, but Hindsight is 20/20… The drinks are amazing and priced right, there are kids enjoying the corn hole, and families hanging on the patio- this place is right for EVERYONE. Do it.

Great food and service. We had steak cooked to perfection. Ceasar salad and Fettuccine Alfredo with shrimp were awesome. Lots of shaved parmesan. Owners Matt and Drew were great hosts. Have a painkiller to wash it all down.

My husband and I had dinner at Sharky’s twice (because the food was so good the first night) on a recent visit to St. John. This appears to be a brand new restaurant/bar in Coral Bay tucked between Johnny Lime and Surf Club Cantina (which appeared to be closed the week we were there). The menu apparently changes every week, with daily specials. The first night, my husband had a pulled pork sandwich with pasta salad, which he said was delicious, and I had a chicken gyro, which was awesome as well. The chicken was very well-seasoned and the portion was very large. Everything tasted so fresh!
The second night, we split the Asian Sticky Wings, which were so delicious and flavorful, and a Mahi sandwich, which was very fresh and tasty. This casual restaurant is has a friendly, relaxed vibe. We really enjoyed both meals and hope this restaurant has a lot of success!

The food was absolutely phenomenal and the drinks and service were fantastic as well! The chef here really knows what he’s doing as everything looked fabulous and tasted just as good or better. We started with the bruschetta for an appetizer and my wife got the tuna poke bowl and I got the lamb gyro. Very fresh and would highly recommend this place for anywhere near Coral Bay!

Had a great time at Sharky’s By The Water! The owner and bartenders were fun to talk to, the views of Coral Bay are top notch and the food is beyond your typical bar food and honestly I felt like they were items you’d find in an upper scale restaurant. The bruschetta was full of flavor and the bread was soft yet toasty. The potstickers were delicious as well! Oh and the drinks? Stellar! We had fun talking to everyone around the cozy bar! We hope to return soon and every trip going forward.
