All in all Sharky’s Mexican restaurant is so well run. The staff are kind and keep the place clean and organized. I’ve always liked their burritos, shrimp being the best, but lately I’ve been eating the power bowls. While the shrimp is good, the chicken is even better. The quality of the food is top notch as are organic ingredients. When in doubt go to Sharky’s for a delicious meal.

Traveling in the area for work and stopped by for some Authentic Mexican food but Decided to get a BBQ Chicken Pizza instead. This was definitely a Mexican style pizza because it was pretty much on a giant tortilla instead of dough. The rest of the menu items looked clean and fresh as I saw what a lot of other people were eating. If you haven’t been it’s nicer than Chipotle and has an outdoor seating area.

I feel sorry to give this low star review to Sharky’s but I feel I have to. Just went to pick up some Doordash orders and was received by “Matt” he acknowledged me but didn’t ask me if I was picking up an order. As I tried to talk to him so I could receive the orders he told me “The order is not ready” without even asking the names of the orders. I said okay but then I realized there was like 6 orders bagged on the counter and waited a little bit to ask him if those were orders for pick up too to see if maybe the orders were ready since he didn’t ask me for the names. He didn’t like that, and told me “Yeah but, can’t you see that we’re busy?” “You need to be patient” lol I literally laughed because I couldn’t believe he was acting up like that. He then proceeded to get busy with the orders that started coming out. I knew he wasn’t going to help me at all. Luckily another higher rank employee/supervisor came to help the drivers since 2 more drivers showed up. Even though they helped one of the other drivers before me, mind you I was there first and for a few minutes already. He helped me to get the orders and guess what? They were ready on the counter. I’m shocked because I deliver in Westlake and everywhere I go they’re always nice to the drivers. If this person treats the drivers like that I wonder how he treats the customers. Anyway, that’s my 2 cents Happy Holidays!

The food was great as always. However, the staff went way above excellent to fill our order. We ordered online and missed the day of the week for when our order was to be ready. They had made a great effort and provided our family meal in ten minutes!. Can’t praise them enough.

I was disappointed in the amount of chicken in my Sharky’s Burrito. It looked like a rice burrito. I am well aware of how many establishments are reducing amounts of food to increase their bottom line. This just makes establishments lose customers. I wish I would have opened the burrito up to take a picture, so you could have seen it.
