Great customer services and the food was delicious. I had the teriyaki chicken and steak on rice with their Mac salad. It’s very flavorful.

Tried the plate lunch with Beef Bulgogi, Butter Garlic Shrimp, Huli Huli Chicken, and Rib-Eye Kalbi. Over all the food was great, the only negative is the small portion size for the proteins which would not be a huge issue if I did not pay $2-$3 per protein to upgrade. I definitely recommend trying though!

Tried Sharky’s for the first time today and had a wonderful experience! The food was delicious, prices fair, the workers were extremely friendly and a really fun environment packed inside. Our kids loved all the fun signs and devoured their meals. Definitely will visit again!

Our first (but not last!) time at Sharky’s was excellent. The food had great flavor (even the rice) and was hot and fresh. We didn’t care for the kimchi coleslaw, but that was just a personal preference. I got the Huli Huli Chicken, which was AMAZING. It’s a fun atmosphere, and everything was very clean. I had read some of the other reviews that complained about ketchup messes, storage issues, etc, but the only thing I saw was the front door needed cleaned. Everything else was spotless. I did find it a little difficult to take in all of the different menus (including drinks and desserts), so I feel like consolidating into one large menu may be beneficial. I saw the poke bowl options on a different wall after I had ordered, so I plan to go back and try one of those soon. Very good place for anyone (like me) tired of the same old food options. I would love to see an expanded Sharky’s that had the room to lean into the island vibes even more.

To the owner of Sharky’s: my family and I have been to the East side restaurant many times since you had opened it, and never had issues with the service or qualify of food. It’s sad you had to shut the East side down, but it is what it is. Last night, we went to the West location around 5:30. No other customers were in the restaurant, and usually service has been fast when we order. However, it took 30 minutes for us to get all our food (although one of my sons got his food very quickly, thus finishing way before the rest of us got our food). The time doesn’t necessarily bother me, but what does is that there were 2-3 employees playing on their phones after we payed while maybe 1 or 2 were working in the back. The bathroom was dirty, the trash was full, and the soda machine was out of ice (we should have told them about the ice machine, so I’ll give them grace on that), so they could have helped out in that regard, at least. My son said a couple came in, one of the cashiers said they could help them in a bit, so the couple sat down, and no one came to help them. According to my husband, the front staff just played on their phones. Then the couple abruptly left. It is plausible that they were a take out order and we just didn’t see them get their food, but it didn’t seem that way. Our food was ok, although I personally am not a fan of the sauce on the Katsu chicken. In the future, I suggest perhaps putting the sauce on the side. My son got the fried chicken, which we assume is why it took longer for our order – no worries there, we understand it takes longer to get that going. My main concern is that you are paying employees who don’t seem to be fully doing their job, and thus, may be ruining your restaurant in the long run if they continue doing what we observed last night.

Best Wishes!

The steamed veggies were undercooked and not seasoned, the bulgogi fries had dried crunchy bits of meat and it was essentially shredded hamburger patty pieces and the fries were mushy, the Hawaiian plate we got beef bulgogi, steak teriyaki, and huli huli chicken, the cucumber salad was nothing but chili flakes and no pickled flavor, the side of pickled radish we got was straight vinegar and tasted fermented it was honestly inedible and the rice was mushy. I know that we had always visited Crafted for poke bowls and NEVER had a bad experience so we wanted to try Sharky’s. I honestly would not visit or order from this place again, I hope with time they can perfect their food and become what Crafted was.

The poke is okay. I felt the bowl had too much rice for my liking. I asked for an big bowl hoping for more toppings and protein. I felt I was ripped off. I probably would order something else but not the poke from this restaurant.

Food was ok, nothing too special. The loco moco had no flavor as well as the macaroni salad. There is more rice than the toppings in poke even when making your own bowl. The toppings however were good and fresh. The staff were at least friendly and the place looks nice and clean.
