Food was fantastic! Ambiance is perfect! The service however is lacking! We had the caprese salad and filet entrees. They were cooked perfectly, a generous portion and tasted great! The kids chicken tenders were also a large serving and my son enjoyed. Drinks are great! The hostess staff was very kind. However service is not good! The waiter disappeared for quite some time between requests and never came to check. The restaurant was very empty. We would’ve ordered far more beverages and desserts if he ever came back! My son didn’t even get the dessert included in the kids meal bc the server disappeared. We had to have a runner find him so we could leave! We’ll be back in a few weeks with hopefully a different waiter.

Honestly, this place is overhyped and overpriced for the same quality food you can get at Outback. I ordered the Filet Mignon which came with mashed potatoes and asparagus. The taste was very basic. Super disappointing. Gave the plate an 3 out of 10. I ordered a “puffin’s kiss”. It was okay, I’ve had better cocktails. They need more servers though for large parties. Our was super nice even under pressure. The table next to us complained to her about the wait time and even though she was apologetic they continued to complain. It was only her serving our section which had two large parties (one was ours) and the complaining table which had four people.

I went with family for magical dining which is a must. The menu has great options and the food was flavorful. Our experience was made even better as we had Clifton as our waiter and he went above and beyond by give the children in our group information about the sharks and fish. He truly cared and was very patient with us. Great experience and great service.

Great overall experience and food is good, with a small caveat. For one, my salad (with salmon as the protein) was generously portioned, fresh, and delicious. Serious props to Barry, our server, who dealt with my customizations and made them all happen! I asked for Greek salad, with Ceaser dressing instead of vinaigrette, and with a substitute cheese instead of feta. He made it happen without any hesitation, and it was sooo good! The salmon on it was cooked to perfection (and I am extremely picky with salmon). It was crispy on the outside and perfectly delicate/soft inside while still being well cooked. So that’s all for my meal. Daughter got hot dog and, instead of the mixed asparagus and carrots, he also accommodated to give her only the carrots. And they were cooked well and yummy! Now here is the caveat… My husband got the Wagu sliders. While they were well seasoned and would have been good, they were raw. Like not rare, but actually red raw inside. And my husband is a hunter and loves his steaks and burgers from rare to medium rare, usually rare. So, in comes amazing server Barry, swooped it up, came out quickly with a replacement (replaced the entire meal, even the asparagus, which was also custom, which my husband had already eaten!). And on goes the caveat because the cook again gave our waiter outside-browned-inside-raw sliders. My husband ate one of them that didn’t have quite as much raw in it, but even he was like nope on the other thicker one that was pure raw meat on the inside. So anyway, and I hate to fixate on this so much, the chef needs to work on his/hers ability to make burgers because they are just asking for an outbreak of food poisoning. Again, Barry was so gracious and accommodating and kind on this matter. My daughter loved the sundae that came at the end of her meal! And now, THE VIEWS! Really really great. I highly recommend a booth on the lower level. They are circular/demi-lune so you can sit facing the tank with all the sharks and fish. And atmosphere / noise level is perfect (not too loud). Overall an “A” experience and “A+” server Barry. We will definitely visit again but may just not get the sliders next time. Of note, in case it’s helpful, we were there from 4 to about 5:10pm. Our reservation was for 4:30 but they also accommodated us in that way, of letting us be seated a half an hour early! Great place. 🙂

We went during the week, so it wasn’t busy thank goodness hecause i was able to get a table on the floor, right infront of the tank. I was under the impression the entire resturant was basically a fish/shark tank. No, There is only one side of the restaurant that has the tank and where you can see the sharks and fish. There are only 3 tables on the floor infront of the tank (the best seats). Can you see the sharks and fish from wherever you sit..yes, but its not the same experience the farther back you are. The food was good. It is a little pricey, but EVERYTHING at SeaWorld is.

Sharks Underwater Grill at SeaWorld Orlando is more than just a restaurant—it’s an experience. The massive aquarium windows with sharks gliding by create a breathtaking atmosphere that kept our child entertained the entire meal. It feels both elegant and family-friendly, which is rare to find.

The service was outstanding. Our server was friendly, knowledgeable, and timed everything perfectly. She even made sure our child’s lemonade arrived right away, which was a thoughtful touch that made us feel well cared for.

We ordered the salmon and the pork chops, and both were excellent. The salmon was flaky and perfectly seasoned, while the pork chops were tender, juicy, and full of flavor. The presentation made each dish look as good as it tasted. For drinks, the Octopus Old Fashioned was smooth and creative, the Shark Tooth was bright and tropical, and the lemonade was simple but spot-on for our little one.

Prices are fair considering the unique setting and quality. Between the food, the drinks, the service, and the incredible view, it’s easily one of the best dining experiences in Orlando. Highly recommend making time for it during your SeaWorld visit—we’ll definitely be back!

My visit to SHARKS Underwater Grill at SeaWorld was a truly unique experience. The restaurant is fantastic, with an incredible view of the shark aquarium that makes it a must-see for anyone visiting the park.

We started with appetizers and were very happy with our choices. The lobster bisque had a delicious kick to it, and the quesadilla was great for sharing. For the main courses, the filet mignon was the star—perfectly cooked and absolutely delicious. The salmon dish was also excellent.

As for the drinks, we tried two cocktails but found them too strong to finish, which was a bit of a shame. The desserts were a mix for us: the cheesecake and brownie were both tasty, but on the sweeter side. The only real disappointment was the guacamole with the quesadilla; it had a bitter taste.

Despite these minor issues, the overall experience was very positive. The unique ambiance and high quality of the main dishes made it a night to remember. I would definitely recommend it, especially if you want to enjoy a great meal with an incredible view.

We did Magical Dining and I’d be really upset if I paid full price. The salmon and filet were really good. The chocolate cake
was dry. I had one bite and couldn’t take another. Salt and pepper shakers were tarnished/corroded to the extreme, and the tank at the front row tables were so filthy. There was 1/2 inch of some dank sitting water, (right next to where I was eating,) and the aquarium glass having streaks of I’m assuming water from the top dripping down. It was dry and nasty looking.

It’s a shame because the concept shows so much promise, but the reality on the plate is a different story. While the menu is visually appealing and sounds great, the flavors simply don’t live up to the expectations. I believe an urgent review of the kitchen management is needed for the quality to match the restaurant’s potential. Unfortunately, it wasn’t a good experience.

I’m a pass holder. We make a reservation for Saturday. Reserve was really easy thru the web page. The only thing spectacular are the sharks. You can eat better and for a better price somewhere else. They charge the great view on your food. I don’t think that I will be back…
