My order was 6 PC honey BBQ, with fries and coleslaw slaw.i paid $32.00.. with fried mushrooms. I didn’t get BBQ on my chicken and no coleslaw slaw, plus no fries. They refused to add missing items, or money back. They need to be investigated for fraud.

Don’t buy catfish from this place. I don’t what this was but it was not consumable. I believe it was old. Everything was horrible the cornmeal fell off of the so called fish, inside the fish was black and hard on the ends,and broke apart like rubber cold and hot. Awful. I have never seen mini pieces of catfish. Hold thing went in the garbage without hesitation.

Very rude and unsanitary.!! The prices on the website do not match the prices in store. They can and one day, will be sued just for that alone. Just to say forget it and order from them on DoorDash ♀️ just to receive hard, burned and chipped chicken. Then I promise they didn’t even give me mild sauce in the bag. This is a vary good place to get food and vary good timing especially for one person to eat from what I seen there’s only one person there I would recommend getting the dinner meal which is what I got, it’s cheap and good especially the chicken tenders you get 3 Big long pieces of chicken tenders with a lot of fries and lemon pepper this is huge for just 6 dollars and some change

They are so worried about charging extra for everything they forget to even give it to you once you do pay. The girl charged me extra for mild sauce I also asked for bread . Mild sauce cups were not even half fill and there was no bread on my fish and chicken combo. Also 2 liters are over $4 and extra sauce is $1.60 after tax for ONE CUP! Never again

Where to start The young lady at the front counter was so friendly and provided great customer service . I ordered the pick three combo with catfish steaks shrimp and wings . The catfish was fried very soft and had a weird taste to it . The wings taste old and you can tell it was not dropped fresh the shrimps was ok no complaints. Would I go back to this location NO reason being one of the men working behind the counter confine to touch his hair the money and counter without washing his hands I saw with my own eyes him touch some one food with them same bare hand after he went to back dust his hand on his dirty pants that was enough for me to say never again . This is just my opinion and my choice.

Aaay y’all let me say the cook over here on Lincoln hwy/Halsted Chicago Heights is excellent. Every other sharks chicken I’ve consumed has no seasoning and/or not crispy. This cook is the Mike Tyson of chef’s. Just check coleslaw before leave out with food. Gotta have veges with fried foods.
