First off, let me say I try to support everyone business. I ordered two orders fresh wings with lemon pepper one with-mild sauce I get my food overly drowned with mild sauce ! Also they gave me refried chicken after I request fresh wings refried chicken, No one wants to spend 26$ something dollars on refried chicken Horrible service.

Not only was the meat over cooked/burnt. This was suppose to be a “gyro plate” enough for 2 gyros and it was only enough for 1. Whoever answered the phone was not helpful at all!!!

I ordered buffalo fish (10/3/25 at 1:45pm) and was pleasantly shocked that they had it in stock. Most places don’t. Erica took my order and was professional. Inside was well organized and appeared clean. Clean enough. I asked for a jalapeño and didn’t get it. My Buffalo was dry and tasted like it was at the very end of being able sell. While I opted NOT to have lemon pepper season, the Cajun didn’t do anything for flavor. Cole

Trash! I got a grilled chicken sandwich and the bun was thicker than the chicken and for you to look me in the face and try and justify that is crazy work. Plus the cook be mad cause you gotta give me another 1/4 of a breast smh I had a headache and was hungry . I’m so pissed I wasted my $13 tonight . Really should have just asked for my money back cause that was horrible taste and service. I will never be back or recommend anther person here for that shistyness frfr

I order a Large Catfish every time I go to this restaurant (My Husband says it’s delicious) on Yesterday I ordered a large catfish and 10 wings the price came to $38 and change when I got home 3 small pieces of fish and they told that I ordered a small and they would have to call the manager and he would give me a call that never happened I decided not to just give my money to them I wish them the best but there are a lot of catfish restaurants in Chicago

I usually have a good experience with this location. The food is always hot and fresh and the customer service is great. I recently met the owner and he’s serious about excellent customer service. I appreciate his help and am glad this establishment is in my neighborhood.

Worse service ever, they have a SQUARE ACCOUNT attached to their website. Once you pay the location on 102 and Western will say they didn’t get your order. They scammed me out of $60.00 and the owner BASH couldn’t care less. She admitted to having a square account at a different location but still couldn’t give us a refund or the chicken!

I ordered a three piece combo from off their website through google maps for $15.99. Once I arrive to pickup my food, I was told that I owe $21.50 roughly. I showed the cashier the price that’s online. She contacted her mgr. The mgr didn’t want to honor their online price because he choose not to take the necessary time to update the restaurant current prices. For this reason I gave the restaurant one star. However, the cashier get’s five stars for the way she handled the situation. Service is a must on all levels, especially mgmt! So I took my business elsewhere!

Ordered through uber eats and the gyro was absolutely disgusting! The what was suppose to be cucumber sauce was runny and the gyro looked thrown together. Ugh never again.
