This place was not what I thought it would be. I got catfish steaks and fries. It was seasoned ok but one of the pieces wasn’t cooked all the way. I’m sure there are better locations than the one I ordered from.

i come here every week all the way from Bridgeview with the same order, Catfish steaks and wings. They have NEVER disappointed me everything is fresh and the manager Emily is amazing. She’s always making me feel so comfortable and her smile always brightens my day! The morning cook is my favorite also, he always fries my food to perfection!

I ordered here but the food was s for someone else so I didn’t taste it. I can tell you that the female cashier had nasty customer service which ALMOST made me cancel my order. For that reason I’ll probably not return. I can’t pay for bad service. Overall atmosphere was ok I guess…I waited in my car cause I was irritated.

I don’t understand how all these negative reviews can say what they say but I come every other week and never have a problem. This is one of the cleanest sharks I’ve been too and their BBQ sauce is amazing! My favorite thing to get is the combo of catfish fillets, wings, and shrimp. Always fresh and cooked to perfection”

Ordered online via the website and when I arrived for pickup, they said they had no order even though I provided them an order number FROM THEIR OWN SITE. This wasn’t via door dash or another 3rd party. They didn’t try to do anything or offer a solution, just “we don’t see it” and that’s it. Will dispute with card company but that’s $75 gone in the meantime and no food. Good for me that $75 in limbo while this gets sorted out doesn’t make or break me, but what if this had been someone where they couldn’t just go buy food elsewhere right away? Unacceptable.

I’m very disappointed that this restaurant isn’t providing fresh food to order. The food is definitely being prepared earlier in the day and redropped in the grease and this is unacceptable. Customer aren’t in sucj a worry that we won’t wait 20-30 minutes for fresh food. I received burned chicken and they were fine giving it to me. Whomever the cooks are need to be fired. They knew that chicken was burned. They just lost a customer because I won’t be back. …. Just make sure you check your food before you leave and asked that sure food be dropped fresh.

First time coming to this Sharks location and I will definitely be back! I came at about 2:30pm on a Saturday and although they were extremely busy the cashier was patient with helping me understand the menu, she was by herself and still was handling it with ease no attitude. I ordered wings, jumbo shrimp, and catfish fillets which were all AMAZING!!! Although the fillets are swai they were still delicious some of these reviews are ridiculous complaints I even seen one of someone complaining with a picture of their chicken but ate every piece

This sharks really hit , the best in the Midwest . Been coming here faithfully every Friday morning for a month straight ! The food is always fresh and the cashier is very friendly . 10 outta 10 I recommend ! Morning shift never disappoints !
