We ordered wings, shrimp, and fries for Super Bowl Sunday, and everything was absolutely amazing. The food was incredibly fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked — honestly some of the best we’ve had. Despite it being one of the busiest days of the year, our order was delivered right on time and exactly as promised. The service was beyond exceptional and the quality of the food truly stood out. You can tell they really care about what they do. Highly recommend and will definitely be ordering again!

1st and last time ever. Ordered pizza puff with fries meal. I was told 10 mins hopped in the car for a about 2 mins and walked back in, cook was still on his phone, he looked at me then walked to fridge pulled pizza puffs out threw them in fryer and walked to back. Meanwhile he had no gloves on just was touching his phone. I got my refund immediately. The lady who took the order was very nice. Dirty in the inside employee cook looks dirty as well and bad attitude.
There is another location down the street 4801 C Saulk Trail literally very clean and respectful and customer first attitude I went to instead.

The dining room is sparse they don’t really have tables so they expect everyone to take their food to go. I got abig thing of fish and chicken and asked for one hot sauce and one mild sauce but the girl told me I have to pick one. So I picked mild sauce then spent 15 minutes pumping my own hot sauce from the self serve station they have by the garbage cans. The chicken wings were SUPER small like the whole wing was smaller than one wing section from Wing Stop. They were over cooked dry and there was no meat on them anhuge waste. The fish fillets seems like the cut in half they were paper thin. For the price NOT WORTH IT.

My wife and I ordered chicken, fish(fried hard), hush puppies and 2 LG coleslaw….Well, my wife’s fish was NOT fried hard, my chicken was though and the coleslaw was spoiled. It smelt so damn sour we just tossed it into the trash. My wife called and the guy was damn ignorant. He didn’t apologize he just said I’ll make you another order which we didn’t care to get bcuz who knows what that would be like. The cashier was just as bad. Met a cop who said he got a call about a break in at that store and saw them with raw chicken sitting in the sink over night! From now on we’re taking our business to the NEW Sharks off of Cicero. The food is fresher, customer service is more professional and the environment is more inviting. Why pay hard earned money for poor service and bad food? ♂️

Only reason why I’m giving them two stars is because the chicken was hot. However that does not mean it was good. I walked in the restaurant it smelled like sewage I’ve been to plenty of sharks restaurants and they do not smell like that that was the first flag.
The chicken I was excited for until I bit into it there was such a horrible aftertaste that I could not even finish any of it. The fries tasted like ice cream cones you get in the box with the paper wrapped around it so when you put it in the freezer it absorbs all that freezer taste that’s how the fries tasted.
In addition, I do give second chances so maybe the second time around it will be better.

DO NOT GET THE TENDERS. Idk if they ran out of the normal tenders used at Sharks but these tasted like Great Value tenders out the frozen section. 0/10. I purchased the catfish fillet and tenders combo ($15 and some change) and never again. This location only puts 2 nasty tenders and one fillet in my box. Compared to multiple other locations that provide 3-4 fresh tenders and 2 fillets. I’m disappointed I don’t even have to say anything else….
