Ordered 2 6 pieces with mild sauce on the chicken. Received 2 mild sauces on the side and they were pathetically packed. Chicken was good but this is laughable

This was my first time to a Sharks Fish & Chicekn, and I wasn’t sure what to get.
At first I thought I’d get shrimp, but I decided I wanted fish. Then it was a question of a fish burger or a fish sandwich. I asked the two young adults I saw working, what kind of fish, and they said catfish. I had never had catfish before, but I decided to try it and I’m glad I did. I let them decide between the burger or sandwich, and the woman said burger because she liked the bun.
So, I ordered a fish burger with everything, which ended up being a filet broken in half with a slice of cheese, lettuce, tomato, and mayo.
It was made fresh to order and tasted great!!
The breading was crunchy, and the fish was perfectly cooked, not overdone. Their catfish was very mild, which I’m happy about. Most of the flavor came from the breading and the mayo based sauce.
They also gave me fries to try. These are crispy on the outside, soft on the inside. They are thicker than most place’s fries, almost like steak fries, but they are battered rather than having skin on them. I enjoyed them.
All in all, I’m thrilled to have stopped by and given this place a try. I will be back to try more.

If I could rate this location lower I would. Used to be a regular place I would get food but the service has gone down terribly. They will get your entire order wrong and then blame YOU for it. One person picked up the food, I brought it back no less than 3 minutes later and they first refused to acknowledge that they got the order wrong or give me a refund. For reference, we order the same thing from sharks the same time so it’s not like we said anything wrong. Terrible service, the location sucks anyways. Go try sharks in Posen or literally anywhere else.

I’m not really sure where to begin (holds head n the palms of my hands) so it’s my nephews birthday decided to have him a small dinner party and I order from this sharks. Orders a 20 pc leg and thigh with lemon pepper and dipped in honey barbecue sauce. I arrive in the designated time to pick up my order doing my happy dance because this food smells amazing so I’m excited right. I get home open up my pans and boy am I disappointed!!!! I mean it’s beyond burnt I’m not sure if it’s the sauce or the chicken either way I wouldn’t feed it to my dog!!! I called to express my displeasure and the cashier says you said you wanted dipped in dog sauce I mean honey barbecue sauce. Now I’m no food service expert but I’m positive that I wouldn’t serve anything that looks as such to anyone. Long story short they’re recooking my food. I’ll come back with an update

This place is trying to scam people. Very poor communication and very poor customer service. Phoned in an order and they got it completely wrong, no indication how much I was paying for on my side of the screen until it’s too late. I implore everyone to try a different sharks other than this one. Highly recommend the one in Posen or the one by Homewood.

Never again. Decided to try this location since I frequent the area alot. Chicken was greasy and didn’t smell like it was cooked in fresh oil. Stomach was hurting and tied up in knots after eating this disgusting chicken.

Grabbed this 1/2 Chicken Catch for lunch this afternoon. Great in portion size. Very much packed with seasons and flavor. Very hot and fresh. Ample menu varieties with good pricing to match. They also have a good variety of deserts and side items for pairing.

I don’t feel safe eating foods with plastic in it from burned styrofoam, put another parchment paper on top of hot foods so styrofoam won’t burn on foods,or change it to containers that doesn’t burn by hot foods

I am just at a loss trying to understand why a business that basically specializes in 2 things takes so long.
The wait time was so long, I literally forgot why I was sitting there in the first place.
I would suggest praying over ones meal simply because when I was finally given my order, I noticed the gentleman in the back packing another order with bare hands before closing the foam to go container it was placed in. Just Sayin.
