If you have time to go to the location on Lincoln Highway, please do. And if you don’t have the extra time just pick somewhere else to eat. Not only was the wait double the time mentioned, the food was disgusting. The gyro meat was burned to a crisp. The Mozzarella sticks were cold and no marinara was included. The fries and chicken were soggy. Yes. It looks like a new shiny establishment but don’t be fooled and don’t waste your time.

Worst place to deal with. Called on Friday to ask how much was 20 of the chicken tenders where and was told $2.50 each. Called to order on Saturday and was told I couldn’t get 20 only 12 or 25 and then was told it was too big of a order for over the phone and had to order when we get there. I sent my son and they charged me $83 for 2- 12 ps of tenders that’s like $3.50 each. Never again

They have the best catfish I’ve ever eaten,here in Chicago, other than catch and fry on the lake or at home. I buy the trays because hubby & I really enjoy this places catfish fillets. I don’t do catfish steaks, and don”t eat chicken much, so I cannot remark on it. I’ll catfish go beck, it’s asee thru kitchen, so just because many would can this, a hole in the wall restaurant, take another look after your taste the food, before making any judgments. I stores by there when we first moved to Sauk Village and it smelled so good I had to try it. It was definitely worth my time. I’ve lived here for like 7 years now and I go there often. You’ll love it.

Wings fried way too hard borderline burnt
ordered 30 wings at 945pm, wouldn’t take order over the phone had to go in get home see my wings very disappointed I go here often , tried calling they refused to answer the phone, too expensive to be sending out food in this manner, again very disappointed

This was my first time at “Sharks Fish & Chicken.” It’s a local business. And they are all over town, so I figured it must be good. I’m used to chicken & waffle restaurants. And this concept was similar. The catfish I got was good. It was so good that I was eating the leftovers for several days afterward. And it was still good. Prices seemed high for something as basic as catfish and wings. But we did get a discount on our receipt. Although we don’t know why. Catfish isn’t everyone’s cup of tea. But if you like catfish and/or wings. This place is worth a try.

OVERCHARGING!! This time I got my receipt because the prices weren’t adding up to what’s on the menu. They overcharged on every single thing I bought and when I asked the person in charge he just shrugged his shoulders and said he just works here ! Anyway, on another note, food is delicious as always but what y’all gotta steal for when food prices are already high?? Taking advantage of our people is not cool! All in all, I will be traveling to other Sharks locations instead.✌

Ordered a special and price was more. When asked about it they said it was a per person tax or 4 person tax. So instead of $29.00 it was $31.99 plus the 9% tax on the total. So we were charged tax upon tax.
