I bought a 12 Pc perch for my grandma in which we’re extremely hard, when you bit into them in sound like you were eating potato chips, she couldn’t eat them at all, not to mention the inside was brownish grey when I cracked open a piece to see what her complaint was about. I broke a piece in half on her plate and this is what it looked like. I wonder if it was even perch at all! Smh I’m very disappointed. My grandma had been looking forward to me buying her lunch and it was a horrible experience. She said she will never eat from any of their locations again and I might not either after testing this questionable perch myself. Sigh… we’re still hungry and disgusted.

Food does taste really good, but it’s a hit or miss depending on how much effort the cook gives I guess. Getting them to answer the phone so you can place an order is never going to happen though.

They forgot to put part of my order in the bag. I immediately went back through the drive through to retrieve my item.thete was no one at the window I blew my horn for five minutes nothing! I tried calling the phone number that was on my receipt no answer! So, it was a waiting game, I was going to just drive off, but know give me what I paid for. Also, they did not know what the concern was they chose to ignore me!!!

The food was fresh, seasoned well and cooked per my request (fried hard). The middle aged, African American Cashier is in need of Remedial Customer Service Training or she should have taken the day off because her demeanor was extremely rude, she gave me a half “how can I help you” with a frown on her face when I entered the restaurant.. she spoke to me in a condescending tone, told me my total, gave me my change and pushed my order forward without a word. I work extremely hard for my money and I refuse to tolerate poor customer service. I will never patronize this location again nor will I ever recommend this location to anyone.
