Man this used to be my spot and I don’t try to alot of sharks and their food wasn’t as good so I returned back to my location that I use the order from here to my surprise. The catfish tails for almost $30 is smaller than anything you take one bite you doing I called there they can’t do anything they apologize they’re sorry sorry don’t cut it when you’ve been in money and and the food is not what is supposed to be yeah I used to be on top of your game. Everybody is falling you better off cooking at home nowadays .

I ordered a 30pc mix and a large gizzard over the phone and still had to wait 30mins for my order. The chicken was cold and no fries or sauce was given with it. The large gizzard was NOT a large but a handful gizzards. I called to tell them it wasn’t a large only to be told it was and I can come talk to the owner in the morning. The mild sauce was also watered down not thick at all. This was my go to sharks but will never go here again. Nobody likes spending their money on nasty cold food and to be lied to about the amount of food they’re supposed to get.

Ok. So I would’ve taken a pic of my large perch dinner but I was starving because the lights went out in hammond and my daughter and I were just heading for the state line looking for food. Thank the Gods of fried food and Sharks fish & Chicken.
We tore into our food so fast. It was gone before I could snap a pic of the food that saved us from stravation.

Just ordered small catfish fillet and the chef…think his name is Eric? Did his thang…not only was it fresh and delicious I ask for soft and he perfected it…not sushi soft(too soft) but not hard at all! Great job chef I appreciate you after a hard long 12hr shift!

I went to the sharks tonight and I asked for my wings to be fresh when I got home. I noticed that they was not fresh. They was recook so I called and I talked to someone and they told me. I had to bring it back. The policy said exchange only no refunds. When I took the product that the Mexican guy I think his name is Mann told me NOT TO COME BACK THERE .The business at this location used to be great to me and now I’m very disappointed and angry.I will not be going back but I do need to report this to their manager.I suggest you.I’ll check your food before you leave this location

I’m a teacher at TFN HS and the staff at Shark’s made the full experience for my students amazing! The kids had persuaded me to buy them chicken and they were incredibly happy with the freshness of the wings and, of course, the flavor. I will return to Shark’s because of the wonderfully caring staff and the quality of the food!
