I ordered the Pick 3 combo and was told I couldn’t choose jumbo shrimp and regular shrimp as two items, even though I’ve done it at other Sharks (and even here before). The cashier had a bad attitude about it too. Staff needs retraining on consistency and customer service. I will never go back to this sharks ♀️

I have ordered their wing special, catfish, and Italian beef to be delivered….on different occasions….they were all great menu choices… They don’t skimp on your food..including fries. It tastes great(some restaurants are iffy with delivery orders) This sharks at state and douglas does have great food…and if you are ordering delivery…they do follow special instructions. I do believe I have found my new go to…. I was pleasantly surprised with their Italian beef. It was the closest beef I have had this way compared to the city. It was delicious. It wasn’t too big…but the price was good….

They neverrrrrr fail me my gawd I love this place rather it’s the chicken the jumbo today meal was jumbo shrimp and catfish filet combo lemon pepper with some jalapeño peppers in the side also for the pizza puff fans they only sell beef puffs and gyro puffs if your in the area stop by you won’t be disappointed

Went here on 9/1/2025 Eat here at your own risk the workers do not like their jobs especially the short guy who cooks they will cook your food any kind of way they will re-drop chicken shrimp and fish they will lie and say they dropped it fresh and my food was not fresh at all I called multiple times before going back to the restaurant because the cooks messed up my order and they were closed I spoke to the manager/owner the NEXT day and he still requested the food back to remake the order without the food there’s nothing he can do you’re going to toss the food anyway I will never shop here again and the girls who answers the phone to take order are depressed and unprofessional
