I got dinner here. I went through the drive way and the screen wasn’t working so the lady said, Pull up to the window and order. I pulled up and no one came to the window. There was a long line. So I went inside. Then the lady comes from the back and takes the order of the person behind me in the drive thru. I overheard her saying I guess they pulled off. She saw me at the counter and stated I would have to wait. So she kept telling everyone to pull up to the window to order that the screen was off. She told me to wait she will be with me. I ordered 10 pieces of chicken and 10 pieces of catfish fillets. After filling a couple orders she asked did I want lemon pepper and I said yes and I had a choice of a pop. I get home and this is what I got yuck …really change the grease.

The worst location!!! I made a call in order (6pc honey bbq wing). I was told it was gonna be 15-20 mins & that the total was $7.48. I get there 25 mins later, they’re saying “$12.73” I said for what? You wanted the whole or party? I’m confused at this point because I clearly made my order over the phone. Then says if you want party then it’s gonna be $7.78 & you have to wait 15-20 mins, everything is made fresh. Mind you I already called my order in!! So I say this was a call in order & I get extreme backlash for nothing!! All I asked is if I was able to get a drink for the wait!! I park my car go in & all of a sudden my food is ready. I get the OLDEST CHICKEN & FRIES EVER!! EVERYTHING & I mean EVERYTHING WAS HARD & DRY. THE CHICKEN TASTED & SMELLED OLD!! 0/10!! WORST GARY LOCATION. I always go to the one across from Thea Bowman school & NEVER!! Get this crap. The one time I go to 25th grant location I get this bs!!!

Be careful — they try to pass off Swai as catfish!
If you’re a true catfish lover, check your order carefully. What I received was definitely not catfish — it was Swai, which has a different taste and texture. This feels dishonest, especially for those paying for authentic catfish. I expect better transparency and quality from any place claiming to serve Southern-style fried fish.

This was my favorite place for years and I don’t know what happened. My order was unacceptable and asked them to remake. Look at this and I am done.came back after 2 years and still garbage. Spent 22 dollars. Chicken reheated coleslaw tastes like a trip to hospital. Bread stale. Fries reheated and no napkins. Life is too hard for people like this.

Stay away from this place. I ordered over the phone then couldn’t complete my order for extras because I was hung up on by the young lady. I made it to the establishment and was told I couldn’t get condiments until I paid for the order-by the cook-He is a heavy set valid headed guy. At this point, I could have denied the order as it was already cooked and prepared. I still paid for my order and was recorded by the cook from out of nowhere as being belligerent and I also recorded him TOO-IM THE PAYING CUSTOMER PUTTING MY HARD EARNED MONEY INTO HIS LIVELIHOOD!! I will post pictures of a sample of party wings vs regular wings and let you be the judge. Note:Their party wings are cut in half full wings with the flappers having the arms of the chicken connected and breaded and with either hot sauce or honey poured all over. Typically party wings are drums or flappers sectoined! This place has bad customer service and a joke. Steer clear!!! “you have been warned!!
