Stop to get a large catfish nuggets well done and as I’m tasting the fish it has a rotten like smell and a weird taste. The young lady who took my order was very pleasant but the food is trash grease not fresh just overall terrible.

The chicken and sauce taste amazing, but the fries always get soggy and I think it’s because of the packaging. There’s no indoor seating but it is a clean environment. The employees are nice and ask if you need extra sauce and gives napkins.

The Sharks off of Chicago Rd & Joe Orr rd in Chg Hts is off the chain, the jumbo shrimps were cooked perfectly, the wings rivals some of the best dedicated chicken spots and everything was extremely fresh… No lingering smells in car ride home. The staff was exceptional even during the height of the dinner hr & tons of orders, make sure to tip ’em.

This was the worst place I’ve ever purchased food from. We had to throw out 95% of the food. The chicken wings were over cooked, very salty, old and dry. The fish was half cooked and pink on the inside
(Who have ever seen pink catfish?). Furthermore, when I called and spoke to the manager he informed me that I should either leave my home and drive in the rain to return the food or freeze the food and return it on another day. The customer service is horrible and the food taste absolutely disgusting to me. My family and I were extremely disappointed. The only reason I gave a one star was because they didn’t have a half star for the drive-thru. This place should be CLOSED before some get sick.

The food is good. But the old lady is very dishonest with the prices. Either way. If the price is on the window or even if she give you your total on the phone, she always add at least another $5.00 and then argue when you try to question the pricing. She’s very rude. I hope she realize that’s why it’s never any customers in there anymore. I can assure you we won’t be spending another dime in there. I noticed they have a hand writtened sign saying we’re open. Good luck. You can’t treat people bad and think we’re still going to patronize you for the pleasure. Have a nice life

These guys don’t listen and give you an attitude when you address it. I just ordered a 6 wing dinner and requested mild sauce on the food. Not only was there no mild sauce on the food. The guy gives me one mild sauce to cover 6 wings and some fries. Never again. Smh
