I visited sharks on 5815 Broadway on Mon. December 8th at about 1:30 pm. I ordered a 8 piece chicken wing and asked how long the wait would be. He then stated it would take about 12 minutes. I waited with patience for about 15 minutes . Afrer waiting longer than expected, I received my food. Upon tasting it, I found that the food lacked flavor and had tasted as though I had been given old food. The food was cold and flavorless. I called to see what could be done to rectify the issue and was told I could just bring it back. If i could give them a 0 rating i would. I will not be eating here again.

My opinion this location use be good. I don’t know if it’s the grease or what but the flavor is not of quality anymore . I will either go to Gary location or route 30 in Merriville – chicken is always fresh tasting there !

I was happy to get me some sharks and they ruined my experience. First I ordered the high priced pick 3 items and for them to only give me 2 dipping sauces wasn’t ok with me. I politely asked for 2 more and they had the nerves to ask for 1.00. Then I get home and my food tasted burnt and the quality was terrible. I will no longer support this store and if I could’ve gave zero stars I would’ve.

I specifically ask for gizzards cooked soft. They were cooked hard, like he did that on purpose. The worst gizzards ever. Will never go back. Very rude and crude cook/owner(?) *I’m very pleased to see the amt. of 1 star reviews. They totally deserve it. Next, I hope they eventually shut down. Too much disrespect towards customers.

I’m not a fan of Sharks, but nothing was open at 10:30pm and we wanted to try the shrimps.

Every time I come here I ask for extra lemon pepper and every time I don’t get it. Coincidentally it’s the same man behind the register and preparing the food. This last time I decided to call and let them know. The same man told me to figure it out and hung up. Very disappointing service. I paid over 60 dollars, plus a 7 dollar tip. I’m a regular polite customer!

Fish tasted gamey, cakes were stale with no expiration date on them. They offer to exchange for different cakes that had expiration dates 3 months from now on them. I Passed. I don’t think that fresh food and good health for there customers is a top priority for them. I will not be returning…
