Unappetizing and disappointing. The pie plate was dirty it had blackberry on it when I had ordered originally ordered a slice of chocolate cream pie, but they were out-no big deal. So I ordered this peanut butter pie because it looked good instead. As I eat it I taste some sort of berry only to find out my plate had blackberry jelly under it-given, it was not a big deal but I don’t know how much to trust a restaurant who cross contaminates their plates. Then, the food had arrived. Never have I ever been more disappointed in a diner. My friend and I had gotten sandwiches, apparently half sandwiches- the bread used on my friends sandwich was a basic wheat bread that literally looks like it’s from the dollar store. My ciabatta bread was cut in half, you can see how big it was compared to my pen. They were out of spinach for their spinach salad, no where on the menu can you see the ingredients for their different types of salads. The dressing was the same one for all the salads-which again did not have ingredients listed-it was drenched in dressing. This half sandwich, salad and pie slice combo was $10.79. The service was NOT all that great either. Our first waitress was super sloppy, she had two other people working along with her with a slow business going on, many seats were open. She was a bit abrupt when it came to taking our order as well. This was my first and LAST time at Shari’s.

We haven’t been out to eat in a very long time, and Shari’s holds a special place in our hearts. We had a lovely hostess/waitress, and service was quick. They unfortunately were out of a few items, but considering the large to-go bags lining up for pick up, I’m not surprised! Glad the community is keeping them afloat. We had the restaurant to ourselves, and the food was perfect!

My mom and I went to Shari’s to have breakfast for dinner. It wasn’t too busy getting in. It was pretty quickly however, there is no flatware settings on our table. Also when the food arrived it was not hot. We didn’t complain we just suffer through it left a 20% tip but, I don’t think I’ll be going back anytime soon. I’ve been here several times before this is the first time and last.

Delicious pies!! We were returning from a long day hike and were driving through Renton. We ordered three different pies for take-out. The sour cream lemon and dutch apple pies were delicious. Did not like the chocolate so much. Staff was very polite and professional.

Very beautifully landscaped, gorgeous older buildings. Ate lunch there and had the bbq chicken and it was amazing. First time I had been wine tasting and enjoyed it. Did not take the tour due to being on a time crunch but the info about it seemed like it would have been awesome to do. Seating was limited which was unfortunate. Overall a very good experience. Was with a group of 9 girls and everything went smooth enough. Would definitely recommend and go back. Picture attached is of all of us girls that went

So I ordered a double double bacon cheeseburger with an add of Bleu cheese. The attached pic is what I received, just two patty’s and the Bleu cheese. I sent it back and asked to have everything on it that it was supposed to have. They bring back the same burger and plate with the lettuce, onions and such just added on, but forgot the cheddar cheese and special sauce. So sent it back again and they added shredded cheddar cheese instead of a slice and re nuked the bottom burger and bun to melt the cheese. Got it back and they forgot the “special sauce”. I wasn’t about to send it back for the special sauce as I was concerned about what the “special sauce” would be. After sending it back the two times the fries were cold because they never bothered to just redo the order correctly. Didn’t finish the cold fries or the dried hard nuked burger.
My wife asked to have her hash browns extra crispy. What the received was barely cooked ones.
Needless to say we will not return.

Just one more place in the greater Seattle area that you can’t pay enough to get quality food. Seems to be part of the “you get what you get” attitude of business around here. I ordered an omelette with french toast. The omelette had egg shell in it and the french toast was liquid batter in the middle – still uncooked. I threw it away. Total waste. A picture of my liquid toast is attached. This is such shamefully poor quality. It’s a disgrace to the community, and my $17.
