Everything I ordered to take home was delicious. It felt like they were fresh baked. I saw some fresh baked goods coming out right when we got there. The interior is cute and we will definitely go back to try sourdough breads which look so good!

Owner was extremely RUDE to me over the phone and with my husband in person. She actually HUNG UP on me when I called her to inquire (very calmly because I could tell she is most likely struggling with her overall health) about my order not being fulfilled correctly. I didn’t get what I ordered. I bought a 10 inch vegan, gluten free cake, ALL CHOCOLATE including the filling and with NATI 5.0 written on it. Instead I got a 7 inch cake with vanilla icing and vanilla filling and this illegible doodle “written” on it. After reading some of the reviews I am not even sure it was a vegan cake at all. Not coming back to this business. Very unhappy customer.

Shannon’s Eyes on the Pies has wonderful food. My family has tried everything from quiche, to chicken pot pie, to the chocolate caramel torte, and my new current favorite the lemon cake. Shannon is extremely accommodating and communicative. Her food is always a delicious treat!

Stumbled into this place as an out of towner and was blown away. The smells that great you at the door are amazing. The Apple Cider donuts are out of this world. Dipped in one of their fresh brewed cappuccino…. heaven!
Had to go back for a second trip to grab more donuts and cappuccino. Grabbed some New England Clam Chowder as well. Rich and flavorful. Can’t go wrong with anything from here. Will definitely visit again if in the area.

So happy we made time to stop by today! We recently moved to the area and I’ve been meaning to check this place out mainly because of the name alone.
We got the fish and chips that they only serve Fri-Sun and it was good! I’m a huge fan of fries and these were fresh and tasty. We took home a Shepards Pie and just had it for dinner—let me tell you the crust?? PHENOMENAL.
Can’t wait to try all the other goodies next time we stop by. I definitely have my eyes of the mac and cheese pie

Pine Island has a reputation for things that are out of this world…and Shannon’s Pie shop fits right in. They definitely make an impression on the palate when you dig into there homemade savory and sweet pies. I had the most amazing steak and cheese pie. The soft buttery crust was the first thing I enjoyed. Then I worked my way onto the succulent steak, veggies and cheese. In short it was fabulous. The Key Lime Pie rounded out the experience with yet another wonderful treat. It was super fresh, sweet and creamy. A definite winner.

We have been visiting Warwick for many years and stumbled upon this shop during our most recent trip. I was immediately drawn to it, as I share the same name as the owner! What a great hidden gem this turned out to be. We stopped in toward the end of the day, but there were still some wonderful pies there for us to bring home. We bought a pulled pork pot pie, which came with some great cole slaw. We ate it for dinner the next day and it truly was delicious. We also purchased some mini pies and all agreed that the pecan pie was hands down our favorite. We had the pleasure of meeting Shannon and she was very kind. We will definitely be adding this as a must go to stop on our trips up to Warwick from now on!!

I had to cancel an order for pies as two people in the family placed the order for the same gathering. I canceled my order five days in advance. The seller still owes me $104 for order. The first three times I called, she said she was very busy and that she’d get to it asap. The fourth time I called, she said she was away. It is going on 10 days and I have yet to receive a refund for goods that were never purchased. I too was very busy earning that cold hard cash that I paid her. This Experience has left a very bad taste in my mouth. Do not pre-pay for your order.

I’ve read most of the negative reviews, so when we decided to finally give this place a shot I was a bit skeptical, that being said this place is a must try! A Gem in Warwick when it comes to sweet stuff, I mean I walked in and I got hungry, delicious, delicious and delicious. The prices are just right for the quality of food being sold. Friendly customer service, and it looks very sanitary which is always a big plus. Check out the menu you won’t be disappointed!
