Best Chinese food I’ve had in PA! The scallion pancakes were some of the best I’ve ever had. Everything else was great too. One note, I ordered the steamed small pork buns, and was expecting something like a bao bun, but they are actually more like a soup dumpling. They were delicious, and I liked them better so it worked out in my favor. Would recommend.

Delicious food and friendly staffs!
I ordered a beef dry pot and it was so delicious and authentic!
I really enjoyed the food and want to go back next time I visit the area!

Such a fantastic find. So happy to have stumbled across this spot on the way back home. They have decent street parking on a very cute main street. Service is not bad either. The food is phenomenal. I really wish there was a spicy Szechuan restaurant like this near me! The fish filets in a chili oil, string beans, and shredded beef with hot peppers were my absolute favorites. Definitely recommend stopping by if you are in the area.
Now for my standard comments. The location is clean and seating is decently spaced out.

Really flavorful Mongolian chicken – hot and sour soup is delicious while being neither really hot or sour

I got the hot and sour soup and the dan dan noodles with mixed pork. The dan dan noodles were VERY good! Perfect amount of peanut and chili oil combination; I would highly recommend. The hot and sour soup was not that good it was not hot and a lil sour. Overall I would come here again. It is very affordable.

Great food and very fast service.
This would be a place to go with your friends and share plates, as they have a good variety of flavors.
Some of the portions are bigger than others, but every plate I’ve tried has been delicious so far.

By far the absolute best Chinese food in Bethlehem. They have great classic takeout dishes but they also have a lot of really incredible authentic Szechuan dishes. Try to go almost every single week. HIGHLY recommend!

I really enjoy the Mongolian beef and fried rice, and the wonton soup is also very good. A good choice if you want to feel satisfied, but not like you ate a ton of grease. Definitely better for you than other takeaway spots.

If I could give a 0 i would. I never review places poorly either. I ordered online, got a confirmation email and presented it to the front of the restaurant. They claimed they never got my order and therefore I never ordered. When i showed them the receipt, they “all of a sudden” found it- but it would be an hour to make. This is after my online order stated 45 and I came in 45. I told them the proper customer service would be to put that ticket to the front since it was actually placed before the other active orders. They couldn’t comprehend that and proceeded to be rude. I wanted to be rude back- but took the higher ground and just left. No sorry from them, no offer of anything comped, etc. terrible customer service.

This place is epic!!! Best Szechuan food I’ve had. The Dan Dan noodles were so awesome. The mountain spicy mushrooms are great as well.
