We get sushi to go and everything is always correct in our order. They are always on time and the service in the restaurant always looks happy and fun at the hibachi. We have gotten hibachi before and it was very yummy and enjoyed the show. Would recommend for special occasions and large groups

Food is great and I like the variety in options. Sushi rolls are very reasonably priced. Not sure about the hibachi experience since we didn’t do hibachi. Try the kurkura mo:mo! We got it as an appetizer. So good!

I only give a 4 star rating because the wait time was extreme. Otherwise, the food was amazing, my husband took me to this establishment for Valentines Day, and I was very happy with the experience. We ordered chicken/steak and chicken/shrimp at the hibachi table. The chef was a pleasure to watch and the service was very friendly. If you visit just know you must put on all your patience as the wait for service was over an hour and we had a reservation. I will definitely visit again.

Highly recommended! My wife and I had dinner at Shangrila, and we were both impressed. We chose dishes from their Indian/Napali/Bhutanese side of the menu. The food had rich flavor and tasted authentic. We asked to have our food not too spicy when we ordered and they were happy to accommodate us. Try the vandoori chicken, the flavor is amazing!The atmosphere was nice and we watched the hibachi from a distance. Next time we will try the hibachi for ourselves. The restaurant was clean and the waitress was knowledgeable and friendly. We will be returning!

The menu has too much going on with so many different cuisines. The place does need updating, but a lot of people seem to enjoy the hibachi show and meals. We didn’t order that.
I didn’t care for the free appetizer or my biriyani rice, which was too aromatic for me, but I would come here again for the sushi because it tasted so fresh and good. Son liked his curry. Husband didn’t like his breaded pork. I think this place would be better if it had thicker plates.
However, the service here was very good unlike the new Asian restaurant, Freshido, on 39. Our waitress here was very attentive and gave me my refills of Coke without me having to wait forever for water like at Freshido. My pet peeve in dining is not getting refill of water, tea, or soda. Another guy also checked up on us multiple times. So I’ll round up from 3.5 stars to 4 stars based on service, which matters a lot. Again I’m not a hibachi fan, but I am a sushi fan.

Had a fun time here for a birthday hibachi dinner! Prices were fair and they had a wide variety of meat/seafood combinations! I tried the steak and scallops combo which was good! The only downside was that it took us 45min to get a chef despite having made a reservation. Otherwise, the cocktails were good and our chef was nice!

Last night we went to this restaurant and the service was horrible. Took 45 min to get a club soda, 2 members of our party didn’t get their drink or appetizers they ordered, and the food was just ok. Our server never came back after taking our order, so no refills on any water or any other beverage. After waiting 20 minutes for our check, a member of our party had to go get them and then take them back up to get cards run! We were patient and nice, but every time we ask about something we were missing our server got mad and left the table. Not to mention that because of where we were tested, the appetizers that did come out, and one person’s entree, had to be passed down from one end of the table to the other, having every person at the table touching the dish and breathing over it

I cannot say enough good things about this place! The hospitality they have here is beyond amazing! There gave me the most epic and memorable birthday anyone could ask for! I am over the moon appreciative of everything they did for me and my family! Thank you so much for everything! It’s truly a memory that will be cherish for life!

We had a large order to go for a late dinner with guests. Everything was delicious. Butter chicken remains the favorite followed closely by the steak Hibachi beef fried rice. Very fast ordering and pickup.

Not very entertaining compared to other Japanese steak house we have been to. The food wasn’t as good. The service was below average. The chef didn’t do very. Many tricks or unique things and his volcano feel apart. The atmosphere was bland as well as the food was bland as it was seasoned with salt and pepper. Needless to say it was sub par.
