The wait time was a bit on the longer end. Especially considering we were the only ones dining in. There was a LOT of take out orders, so it’s understandable.
We have since ordered take out once after our dining in experience.
I love that they offer brown fried rice! They are generous with the meat for every dish we’ve ordered so far.
We’ve tried the special fried low mein, special fried rice, orange chicken, Mongolian beef, walnut shrimp (absolutely delicious!), and our least favorite was the sesame shrimp. It ended up soggy and not appealing at all.
10/10 recommend take out!

Worst Chinese food My Family and I have had! We didn’t even finish we ended up throwing it away! No taste AT ALL!!! Spent $60 on just Orange chicken and a combo fried rice and some wings! Yuk!!!! I put 4 packages of soy sauce in my combo rice and I couldn’t get any taste!! The only good taste I got was the sprite I had and that was it!!! Stay away from here! Get you some Popeyes or Churches chicken, I should have done that instead!!! Lesson learned!!!!!

Worst attitude of anyone i have ever been greeted by. The lady was very rude and it made us want to walk back out. we stayed and tried several items, all below standard chinese delivery. Do Better!

The owner Tracy and Jim have the best restaurant food was great,they are so attentive we now go there at least once a week. Quality of food is the best. Highly recommend this if you are craving Chinese food.

Shangri La is such a hit or miss. We took a friend for dinner and sadly it was a miss; it was so good last time we went. This time, the restaurant was sooo cold, the food came out luke warm and the service was super slow. So disappointed and embarrassed that we vouched for this place with our friend. B

The owner has a negative attitude off top. I order from the menu they had on there website and called in my order for pickup. I got Kong pao pork & house lomein but my Kong pao pork had penuts in it and that’s not what they showed on the menu or i wouldn’t of order it or told them not to add, called and explained my issue and she told me just to take them out of the food and it will be OK and the menu is from 2007 and I need to come and get a paper menu from them.
Lomein was good but customer service with a bad attitude isn’t.
