Everything we have had is excellent especially the Governor’s Shrimp, Sesame Chicken, Chicken and Snow Peas, Cho Chos, Dumplings, and more. I like to substitute noodles in place of rice (a large variety of rices are offered, shrimp fried rice, chicken fried rice, etc. It’s a little on the expensive side, but the portions are large, and like I say, we’ve never gotten anything that was not very well prepared. Drive up window by driving counterclockwise around the entire Shopping Center. It will feel like you’re lost for a moment, but keep going, eventually you get to the drive-in window. Go to their website and select order online using an ordering app that keeps track of your previous orders for convenient review of what you have ordered before.

As far as strip mall Chinese restaurants go, this one is pretty good. It’s conveniently located right off the main drag in Skiatook, and visible from the road. Walking in, I was pleased to see that other than the ubiquitous combo menu board the interior decor was nicer than expected, with a recently done Chinese country mural scene. The counter staff was friendly and helpful and the tables and kitchen looked clean and well-ordered. The food offerings are standard- the menu could have been cribbed from any other Chinese takeout dive like it, but prices were lower than expected, across the board. The food was fine, if not great, and portions were generous. All in all, it’s about what you’d expect it to be, but with a better overall experience than most.

The food was hot and fresh made to order. The table was dusty and the floors needed sweeping. I was the only person there at 12:30 on a weekday which made me a bit nervous seeing how I was traveling and didn’t know much about the area. Overall the food was good, but the counter help acted as if I was bothering him.

Decent prices, I got 3 orders of the sweet and sour chicken and an order of wontons under 45$! And the food was all delicious! Big enough portion to where I had left overs the next day and every body knows that next day left overs definitely hit the spot!!

We were very disappointed in this place. I haven’t eaten Chinese food in a long time, but love it normally and have eaten Chinese food all over the world, even in Italy, and was looking forward to a normal experience. We were from out of town. From the time we walked in the door we were not greeted or recognized, and were met with strange stares, almost as “what were we doing there” kind of stares. There were no other diners in the diner, a sign I won’t ignore again. It was a little after 1:00 on a weekday. I ordered the lemon chicken and it was basically just a piece of reheated old fried chicken strip fileted with some cold lemonade sauce in a cup to pour over it; the rice was old and dry, but the egg drop soup was about normal as what you would expect. The meal was so horrible that I threw 80% of it away because I just couldn’t finish it. I was severely disappointed and left hungry and frustrated (and mad), especially paying $35.00 for two meals and two waters during lunch time was also a bit pricey, especially for a bad meal. I don’t know if Skiatook has any other Chinese food restaurants or not, but I do not recommend this one at all. They have a lot of customer service and product freshness issues to overcome.

Decided to come here instead of driving to Tulsa tonight. The food is terrible. We got Shrimp fried rice, s&s chicken and beef n broccoli. Shrimp rubbery. Fried rice has no flavor. Broccoli still super crispy. S&S sauce wasn’t horrible though. $50 wasted…

Might want to drop the express part of the name, extremely slow. Rice had no flavor & they were very very stingy on the meat in the dish. If you like overpriced flavorless food that takes forever to get you’ll love it . I personally won’t be going back

Called an order for pickup. They didn’t start on it until I got there. Got back to work with the food and is not what I orderd. Not even close. I do not recommend this place.

We had the General tsao chicken and sweet and sour chicken with fried Roscoe along with the fried wantons. Everything was exceptionally delicious. a lot of similar Chinese restaurants have started to water down their sweet and sour sauce. Not so here! While we have similar options much closer to home, we will drive the additional miles to eat here when the craving for Chinese food hits!
