This place was a random find for me.
The classic XLB was quite good in my opinion. I also had the beef noodle soup, it tasted good and serving was generous, but I feel it did not have as much beef in it.
Not too obvious is there’s a ton of parking at the basement of the strip mall.

We order spicy pork noodle.Pork shalongbao, crab shalongbao tasted sour and taste bad. Pork wasnt fresh taste. We asked the chef and he said he bought port today and make everyday. But didnt tadte like fresh pork ever. Will never ever come back I think owner changed. My friend told me 3 yr ago was super good and tasted like shanghai. Very disappointed.

The noodles here is AWESOME.
So so CHEWY!!! It’s literally the best noodles I’ve had. Super flavorful dish as well.
The wonton is also yum yum and xiao long bao is great too.

Nice, clean, and beautiful atmosphere. I enjoyed my spicy pork dumplings and were perfect for my boiled vegetable side. There is little street parking and be prepared to pay for parking as well.

Update to 5 stars: when I was in Yin Ji Chang Fen, my girlfriend also wanna eat Xiaolong Bao. So I ask if I can take Xiaolong Bao to another restaurant. Finally, the server delivered the food to Yin Ji!

“We went to eat and asked to pay the bill first, but the (female) owner replied impatiently, ‘Pay the bill? Eat first, then pay!’ We explained that we were in a hurry, and she responded, ‘Then don’t eat. Our soup dumplings are made to order.’ Her tone was very unpleasant and arrogant throughout. It was a terrible experience. Definitely a bad review.”
