I have never had to choose the heat on my hot and sour soup, I chose spicy because it is already supposed to be hot and spicy so I wanted to make sure it was . I had to add red pepper flakes to it. Why not just make it correctly ,disappointing

This is my favorite Chinese restaurant in town. Been eating here for years. Food quality and portions are great and the staff is nice and friendly. I order my food over the phone and go pick it up in about 10-15 minutes. Love this place!

I tried to love this place. The food is good but you never get the same thing every time. I have gone to many Chinese restaurants in my time but this place gives the least amount of food oh and don’t ask for extra duck sauce… she will cut you with her eyes. This particular time as she was handing me the plate I asked for extra, she stopped and looked at me and walked away from the window. The bag was tied up when she walked off but in the amount of time that it took her to come back, she would not have had time to untie the bag, add duck sauce, and tie it back up. When I checked it was only three in there. If this is extra how many did I have in the first place? Get home and open my plate and I am thoroughly disappointed. I have ordered this same meal multiple times but this is not right. I had to move some things around to find that piece of shrimp. I have a total of 4 baby shrimp in all. WTH? I kept giving her a chance because I’m lazy and I really like the drive thru option but I’m just gonna have to get out next time because this is ridiculous.

I personally don’t like the customer service that a paying customer gets at this place I went maybe twice a few years ago and the lady at the window is always rude and I wouldn’t even waste my time ever getting food from this restaurant but my partner wanted to try it out for herself to me the food isn’t good anyway but my wife called in her order and I happened to be the one to pick her order up first like I said the lady doesn’t speak or anything!!! She just gives u this nasty look especially if ur of brown skin …so I politely ask this lady please can I get duck sauce and soy sauce this woman literally comes back to the window with one of each …like really she knew dang well this wasn’t enough for the amount of food that was purchased I don’t know if she is scared of the brown skin folks but she sure does know how to avoid any kindness towards me I won’t ever ever ever buy anything from this establishment again as well as anyone in my family….I personally like China Wok anyway!!!! It wasn’t just about the soy and duck sauce she isn’t a friendly person at all bad bad bad service I wouldn’t recommend!!!!!!!!

This was the worst chinese food I’ve ever ate at. I do understand it was late, about 930 and they closed at 10. No wonder I was the only customer there and to make matters worse , I wasn’t even given a spoon. the shrimp fry rice was nasty, the shrimp was pink and the spring rolls had the most bitter taste to them like they were old. I wouldn’t recommend this place to a stray dog. JS

The lady that takes the orders is very rude, ordered chicken on the stick w/ shrimp fried rice it was horrible. Everything tasted like it had been washed in dish detergent. Small portioned and that’s after multiple attempt of eating from here
