07/16/2025 – I remember Shang Shan was Dragon One. I recently visited and I ordered their General Tso Chicken with white rice, Crab Rangoon, and a Spring Roll. Everything tasted delicious. They have remodeled the interior of the restaurant and it looks good. I was happy. The owner remembered me and he actually knew what I was going to order. Limited parking out front, parking on the side, and parking in the back of the restaurant. Shang Shan is primarily carry out but you made time in if you’re a small group. Prices contingent on your order. Enjoy.

When I tell you all, this was the worst Chinese food I’ve ever had and the service was not any better… I came into this establishment in the evening as I was craving General tso chicken and l crab Rangoon.
First of all, when I came in the manager looked at me like I was crazy for even walking in there as if I shouldn’t have been there. I brushed it off and continued to order but that should have been a red flag. When the crab Rangoon came out, there was barely any cream cheese or crab meat in the Rangoon! If you look at the picture I took, you can tell that they are pretty small and the red sauce was so bland it was not good at all.
When my general tso chicken came out, it was very oily and when I went to take a bite I could tell they had mixed the sauce with water to try to thin it out or make it last longer. Either way it was disgusting and bland and I was very disappointed and will not be returning. If you have time, please take a look at the pictures and videos I have uploaded with this review so that you can see for yourself.
I also want to add that the dining area was not inviting at all and I spent almost $25 for food I cannot even enjoy.

The food was great! We had hot and spicy wings, mixed vegetables, and pork dumplings. The dining room was chilly but with all the plants the air smelled so fresh! We enjoyed the dining space.

First time here. I came in round 9pm on saturday. its not pack. but they get pickup orders. the room maybe bland for some but its the food you go for.
i only have chinese donuts and rice noodles. Its so good. Eat the donuts while its warm is the best. the noodle dish reminds me of Pancit Canton, about the same principle you got the rice noodles with meat, veggies and add scrambled egg. Tasty. Not too salty. i dont even need soy sauce

Our go to Chinese here in downtown. Big servings, always served hot. And it’s made really fast. People are so nice too! They also do lunch specials which is so good.

Affordable and tasty Asian food spot. Really clean on the inside, and the cashier was super nice. I got the miso soup and chicken teriyaki and loved it! Seasoned well with generous portions of each. Definitely going to come back and try other dishes.
Update (12/3) — I don’t know what’s in the miso soup, but it’s really good in general and definitely soothes a sore throat. 10/10.

Went here because of the reviews and boy was I disappointed. The dishes with chicken used fried chicken nuggets (I use the term “chicken” loosely since they were mostly batter) that were overcooked, tough, and stringy. The portions were smaller than expected for $15 with about 1/3 of the dish filled with broccoli to take the place of the entree and save money. The beef with broccoli was mostly broccoli. And they want $2 for rice on top of the high prices for their dishes. There are much better alternatives.

I have for the past 15 yrs only gone to 1 other Chinese restaurant due to others being not so good food, but since a co-worker took me here I just can’t get enough of the great food. I come at least 2x an week.. Everyone aught to try this little nook. GREAT FOOD GOOD SERVICE
