Waited for an hour for delivery which understandably on a Saturday can be expected. Called takeaway for eta. Spoke to polite lady who explained they are waiting to find a driver but food is ready, I explained we can collect but could the delivery fee be refunded. They offered a bottle of Coke. I called back and explained if I ordered for collection on their website it would work out cheaper so I am at a loss. A rude lady called Tara came on the phone and instantly started shouting at me. My partner arrived at the restaurant to collect and i could hear her shouting at him also over the phone. She shouted at him telling him he can either take the coke or have nothing with other words of abuse. He tried explaining the price difference. The owner and other lady were polite and apologised. He took the order. Tara threw a pen at the desk and stormed out to vape. We got our food home and realised there was no chicken balls or curry. He went back up to collect. He then heard Tara shouting and swearing in the back calling him a liar. This is extremely unprofessional. He felt like she was being verbally abusive to him because she is a racist, white customers were not receiving this abuse. Owners again were apologetic and explained she is not emotionally stable and has lots going on in her life. This is not an excuse for such poor behaviour and though the food was all cooked well and my mum orders regularly from here and says this is new. This incident left a sour taste in our mouth and left us not waiting to eat it. The owners of the restaurant was very understanding through this apologising for her behaviour, I feel very bad for the owners having to deal with her as a member of staff.

We have dietary requirements, which makes ordering out sometimes complicated.
These guys were great, confirmed everything back and were super nice.
Cost wise as well, it was really good value for the size of the portions.

Ordered from Just Eat. Wasn’t expecting too much to be honest, but the food was really tasty and it arrived hot. Sweet and sour chicken, chicken chow mein and the mixed sharer were good. I’d order from there again. Food hygiene rating is 5 stars according to Just Eat.

Omg what a absolute awful experience you use pork mince the cheapest pork product possible and you put it in sweet and sour pork balls really, just like crab and sweetcorn soup but no crab absolutely cheapstake rubbish do not use this takeaway under any circumstances its dreadful misleading and the lowest quality possible on this earth

WOW what can i say, apart from that’s the worst chinese food I’ve had for atleast 20 years, the chowmein was awfully dry and no chicken in it, sweet n sour sauce was bright orange and tasted of nothing apart from a bit of vinegar, the chicken balls had no taste if you count the 1s that the batter wasn’t raw on, even the chicken tasted all wrong, and trust me i work for a Butcher ! absolutely awful food for over £40 and definitely wouldn’t recommend or buy from again, very very poor

Had an order arranged for a group so took the latest delivery time plus some as thought they would be busy! Called after the latest delivery time and had some very rude lady on the phone that shouted and and said it will be 10-15 mins then hung up the phone and I’m still waiting for our food!! We are now 30 mins after the phone call and still no food!! Party ruined don’t take orders if u can’t handle it

I don’t get much from Chinese takeaways but I have been trying different places in the area for my soup since I moved. They have great won ton soup with lots of cabbage and like 6 dumplings for only 3.70. Very good if you like to eat this kind of soup regularly but don’t want to spent £18 on it from delivery apps. I will be back; probably weekly. Couldn’t comment on any other dishes, because I only wanted soup.
