Never ordering from these disrespectful, rude, unprofessional people/business again!!! I have been ordering from them for years and always tip generously on every order. Lately they just don’t care and apparently will give your food to anyone without clarifying or calling to say it’s being delivered. They also expect you to keep it after said random person digs through the bag and leaves it on the steps!! The nail in today’s coffin is again having to pickup my DELIVERY order after nearly an hour beyond the given time came and went, being rudely hung up on when I called prior to coming in person, and was even denied the ability to add a drink on despite her saying my order hasn’t left because they were so busy.. Too busy to get more money by adding a drink to my already late order? I get there and it’s just a group of people doing NOTHING!! I also was told they can’t refund my money and to call a hotline that doesn’t exist. I filed a dispute with my bank and will be reporting this business to the BBB for denying me a refund. I ate here from when they first opened but lately the food has been poorly made. The gravies too dark and thick and way too much rice. I always got a good lunch special but my last two meals I could have returned. I think I’m done with this spot.

Ordered via Uber Eats. Delivery came quickly and the food was really good, better than expected. Same dishes you’d want from a Chinese-American spot (I had orange chicken, gf got pepper steak, egg roll and crab Rangoons). I’d say the food was definitely a little step up. Delivery guy was really nice and drove a nice Benz.

First time order since the pandemic forced them to close. We have always enjoyed there food but with the reopening we noticed a difference in the food. Wow, they must have a new chef because everything we ordered was even more flavorful. Very pleased, not to say that we were ever dissapointed in the past. Keep up the great work folks. Also, if you like Won Ton Soup, it’s sent in a plastic quart container packed full of hand made pork Won Tons. A Great value and we actually always have leftover everything. Can you handle Won Ton Soup for breakfast? Yummm!

The disrespect of the lady who picks the phone up, touches the screen, then didn’t use gloves to touch my food she forgot to put in my bag right in front of my face then handed me the bag. This used to be my favorite Chinese spot .. has declined since changing owners. I think Covid took a toll on the previous owners. They no longer do delivery like what’s up with that?! Last time I tried calling they would be closed on random days, also something the previous owners never did. They also never have boneless spare ribs one of my fav dishes.. idk I think I’m cancelling this place until I hear better coming from them

The food was simply edible. That’s it. It wasn’t enjoyable at all. I’m no longer hungry, but I did not enjoy the route I chose to get there. The chicken wings were nasty. The crab sticks didn’t taste like anything and the veggie fried rice was flavorless even with soy sauce. I asked for hot sauce and ketchup and expected it to be on the food, but they only gave us packets. It was my first and last time eating there.
