Used to be a loyal customer. Keyword used to. Quality of food has gone way down. Service is way down. Workers don’t even know the menu. Oh and if you call in to order they just put you through to Door Dash…..so save your time and if you really want to get it use your app and save the 4.99 delivery fee. So disappointing.

They didn’t deliver all the food I order. I explained that I would pay with a card for the food order, and that I would provide cash for the tip. The food was left at the front of the steps and they failed to provide the whole food that we were charged for. Never ordering from them again, after years of counting on them. Very Very bad experience even after I filed a complaint they failed to provide everything we ordered along with a bad customer service when they said they would make up for it.

I have eaten the food and it’s very good. The husband is very nice. I usually walk in. I ordered for delivery this time. One thing I’m my order was vegetable Chow Mein. (Chinese vegetables) She asked if I wanted the noodles. I said “NO, noodles are Lo Mein, I want Chow Mein. Low and behold when I opened my bag I had Lo Mein. The day before I walked in for fried rice. I initially said no to soy sauce but changed my mind 2 seconds later. Got home. No soy sauce. I understand that it gets busy but what I value most in customer service is the art of listening. I WILL continue to eat there but I quess I’ll have to reiterate my request to make sure I’m getting what I want. Nobody’s perfect.

Order online for store pick up. Waited at store a few minutes for food, when home found some food missing. Called to complain and was asked what site I ordered from than pushed off the phone before I could really tell problem. Was told the manger will call me back about the issue. Will see if get a call back. So did NOT get all my food for the money I spent. Very disappointing.

Never ordering from these disrespectful, rude, unprofessional people/business again!!! I have been ordering from them for years and always tip generously on every order. Lately they just don’t care and apparently will give your food to anyone without clarifying or calling to say it’s being delivered. They also expect you to keep it after said random person digs through the bag and leaves it on the steps!! The nail in today’s coffin is again having to pickup my DELIVERY order after nearly an hour beyond the given time came and went, being rudely hung up on when I called prior to coming in person, and was even denied the ability to add a drink on despite her saying my order hasn’t left because they were so busy.. Too busy to get more money by adding a drink to my already late order? I get there and it’s just a group of people doing NOTHING!! I also was told they can’t refund my money and to call a hotline that doesn’t exist. I filed a dispute with my bank and will be reporting this business to the BBB for denying me a refund. First time order since the pandemic forced them to close. We have always enjoyed there food but with the reopening we noticed a difference in the food. Wow, they must have a new chef because everything we ordered was even more flavorful. Very pleased, not to say that we were ever dissapointed in the past. Keep up the great work folks. Also, if you like Won Ton Soup, it’s sent in a plastic quart container packed full of hand made pork Won Tons. A Great value and we actually always have leftover everything. Can you handle Won Ton Soup for breakfast? Yummm!

First of all (you know where this is going) this was my first time ordering from here and the absolute last time. I read the reviews and should have listened to some of the others. I ordered delivery at 6:15 and got my food 2 minutes to 8…you do the math smh. I called two times to inquire about the status and they told me they were very busy. I reminded them that they told me it would be 45 minutes which means I actually waited over double the time. I would have canceled my order if I hadn’t already paid with my card over the phone. To top it off the fried chicken wings weren’t even cooked completely and were red/pink inside. Never again!
