I love Shang! Hands down some of the best hand pulled noodles l’ve ever eaten. We tried them all beef shank noodle and the Dan dan noodles and chow mein etc. The only downside is the fact that it’s a small place. Because it’s so good, there is always a long wait. The food comes fast. I have visited twice and tried a few of their soups. By far my favorite is the Shang Beef soup the broth to all there soups have so much flavor… Get knife shaved noodles for thick chewy feel, hand pulled for thick soft noodles, and thin noodles for the softest of all. Great great taste! You get served a very nice portion at affordable pricing. This is a must every time I’m in Vegas! 100% recommend!

One of the best meals we had in Vegas. The beef brisket just melt in your mouth. The broth is so rich and flavorful. The knife-shaved noodle texture was thick but not doughy. The spicy pork dumplings is delicious. We definitely will come back again on our next visit.

Was able to get on the waitlist online. We were seated within 5 minutes of arriving.

The Shang beef noodles were my favourite by far! Incredibly rich and good portions of beef. Highly recommend the spicy wontons as well. The beef pancakes were a bit oily, but still delicious. Really enjoyed the chicken chow mein.

Would not get the Dan dan noodles again, as I didn’t really enjoy the flavour. All the noodles were perfect texture and cooked well.

If you are looking to escape the Strip for a meal that feels both authentic and incredibly high-quality, SHẢNG Artisan Noodle on Flamingo is a total must-visit. It’s one of those rare spots that lives up to every bit of the hype.

The star of the show here is the noodle texture. You get to choose between hand-pulled (thin and springy) or knife-shaved (thick, chewy, and irregular).

Shang Beef Noodle Soup: This is the quintessential dish. The broth is deep, rich, and “hangover-cure” level of comforting. The beef brisket is tender enough to fall apart with your chopsticks.

Spicy Wontons: Do not skip these. The sauce is a perfect balance of sweet and spicy, and the wonton skins are silky smooth.

Beef Pancake: Think of it like a crispy, savory turnover packed with seasoned beef. It’s the perfect sidekick to a big bowl of soup.

The restaurant is modern, clean, and has a great energy. One of the highlights is the open kitchen where you can actually watch the chefs stretching and slamming the dough or shaving the noodles directly into the boiling water.

Ordered the spicy beef noodle and spicy pork rib noodle.

Both are awesome with slightly different taste profile. The pork rib one is a bit on the sweet side.

Volume is great! One bowl of noodle plus some extra side dishes should be enough for two.
The meat volume is also sufficient and is marinated well.
Soup is rich and tasty as well.

The price isn’t too high either provided the dish volume.

Overall definitely recommend.

I came here after a late night and luckily there was not a line up as I heard from my local friends. The food came out fast and it tasted amazing. We can see them making the noodles fresh in the open kitchen. The noodles were a great consistency. The soup was great and you can pick your spicy level. I picked moderate and it was still very spicy so be mindful. I still enjoyed it. The dumplings were also so delicious. I would highly recommend this place.

It’s been awhile since we have been back. This location is definitely better than the Durango location.

Love the atmosphere. Menu is pretty simple. Love the open kitchen and you can see them making the noodles.

Usually get the braised beef soup but went for something different.

We tried the wonton soup and Dan Dan noodles with hand shaved noodles. Both were delicious- got the extra noodle for the soup. FYI. You can get extra broth for additional $2. The dan dan comes to an 8/10 in spice level but you can decrease the level if you need to- 8 was definitely spicy but edible. It is delicious and flavorful. We also got the pan fried beef pancake – it took a little longer but definitely fresh.

Service was great. Definitely coming back sooner!!!

I give this place all of the stars. A huge shout out to the staff that made sure I did not lose my sunglasses that I almost left behind. Mike Chen brought me here. I got here right before it had opened up, and this was my very last meal before leaving Vegas. I got seated immediately at the bar. Service was friendly and gave me great recommendations! I had an awesome view of where they make the noodles. Such precision and dedication to perfect their craft. I decided to order the Shàng Beef Noodle & Spicy Wontons. You can choose what type of noodles you want here. My Shàng Beef Noodle was literally ready in like 3 minutes, which was very impressive. I love noodles, and these were some of the freshest noodles that I’ve ever had. I love spicy food, but I went mild-medium range to taste the other flavors. The beefy flavor from the broth just brought my satisfaction with noodles to new heights. The beef was very tender, too. I wish I had the recipe. The spicy wontons were fresh, and the spicy soy sauce that came with it was an amazing touch. Overall, quite the experience, and definitely some of the best noodles I’ve ever had. This is on the top of my list if I ever come back to Las Vegas.

Fantastic noodles! Absolutely recommend the hand pulled for a chewier texture (goes great with the cold noodle dishes) but the knife-cut is a must for soup noodles (thick and wide, soaks up a lot of the broth flavor). Honestly some of the best noodles I’ve had!

The soup and sauces were on point! Nothing too unique but exactly the flavors I expected for the dishes (specifically we got the beef noodle soup and cold sesame noodles). Great balance of flavors and it hits the spot if you’re craving these classic Taiwanese/Chinese flavors.

The meats themselves were decent. Not bad but not the most tender, only a problem if you really really care about the quality of meat in your noodle dishes. Meat is always the last on my priority when it comes to Asian noodles, so I still love these because the noodles are that good.

The beef pancake and spicy wontons were also okay. Not anywhere near the best we’ve had but decent. I’d only order the dumplings again if I had a craving for it while I’m there.

Overall, worth the trip if you love the classic noodle dishes on the menu. We will definitely return for the noodles!
