It was me and 3 grandkids we had an amazing time!
Great Service, our server was so amazing and tentative and so helpful with the kids.
The cornbread and honey butter reminded me of living back in the South. The collard Greens had some stems in it but the flavor and spice was great. The Brisket sandwich was perfect, meat was nice and tender and the BBQ sauce was perfect. We will DEFINITELY be back

The brisket was garbage and $36 for a Lb of it….i expected better, it was lean and tough. The smoked turkey was basic the only decent meat was the smoked sausage, it tasted amazing but lacked any color or sear. Greens were woody and hard. The mac and cheese was like bland flavorless velvetta with some shredded cheese tossed into it. Highly disappointing for a $90 bill. The food was pretty good in the past but based off tonight, it has gone downhill. Will not be returning.

Food was really good. Sunday lunch time was not busy at all. I got the pork ribs and smoked sausage with coleslaw. We also had pulled pork, grilled cheese and burgers. No complaints. The pulled pork was a little dry but the bbq sauce helped it very well. Yes i started eating before i took the photos…sue me!

I ordered takeout with some friends from Shane’s Texas Pit, and everything was excellent. The brisket was tender and smoky, the pulled pork flavorful, the turkey moist, and the sausage well-seasoned. The sides were all great—mac and cheese, collard greens, creamed corn, cole slaw, Caesar salad—and the cornbread was the best I’ve ever had, especially with their outstanding specialty cornbread butter. The only downside was not getting enough napkins in the bag, and BBQ this good gets messy. Generous portions, great flavor – I’ll definitely order again!

As I entered this filthy establishment i was met with the immense odor coming from the trash that had not been taken out. My nose wasn’t the only thing that was impacted as I saw nobody here. The business looks like it doesn’t get anyone and reminds of a truck stop bathroom. Onto the food, I found hair and undercooked meat with my brisket. Not long after the food here put me in the hospital.

We arrived at 8.15 and the place was empty, and it was pointed out straight away that the kitchen closed at 9.00.
The mac and cheese with brisket was OK, the taco bowl with steak was a huge disappointment (no steak, just a small amount of brisket).
Normally when there’s no one in a restaurant it’s a good sign to try somewhere else.

3 meats, pulled pork, ribs and briskets all so dry definitely not worth going back and the side of Mac and cheese was even worse than the dry meats. Also ordered nachos with no peppers or onions the cook still put them on and just flipped and covered the top parts so when u bite into the nachos u can’t see the onions and peppers but they were in there. Just won’t go back.

The pulled pork plate with Texas baked beans and coleslaw was outstanding from first bite to last. The pork was perfectly smoked—tender, juicy, and packed with that deep, wood-fired flavor you can only get from hours of slow cooking. Every forkful had just the right balance of smoky richness and a hint of sweetness from the sauce, which tied everything together beautifully. The Texas baked beans were a star on their own—thick, savory, and slightly sweet, with bits of bacon adding a bold, hearty touch. They complemented the pork perfectly. The coleslaw offered a crisp, refreshing contrast, providing just the right amount of crunch and tanginess to cut through the richness of the meat and beans.Altogether, this plate delivers comfort food at its best—simple, satisfying, and irresistibly good. It’s the kind of meal that reminds you why barbecue is such a beloved tradition.

Food was very good, very fresh. Turkey club was thick, fresh roasted turkey and fresh bacon, plenty of mayo on texas toast. So much food on the platters, but all beef was so tender, potatoes had amazing flavor and weren’t “solid” like they had been sitting. Mac n cheese was so good. Won’t even mention the cornbread! We will be back. Family friendly.

OMG! Went for lunch and wish we went for dinner because we ate full meals and were stuffed for the rest of the day lol! What an amazing BBQ joint. We had a brisket sandwich, a brisket rice bowl, and a bbq pulled pork grilled cheese. The Texas baked beans were unbelievable! The pork that was packed into the bean mixture was unlike any I’ve had before! The coleslaw was amazing. If you’re in the area and looking for a great BBQ joint, this is it!
