The sides were awesome….. fried okra and green beans. Perfect. The ribs (1/2 slab) was plenty to eat. The flavor was decent but not extraordinary. I have had much more memorable ribs. Have to order at counter and then they bring you your order. Staff was friendly. I will come back, but probably will try something different.

I’m very disappointed with my recent experience at this location. I ordered a large fried okra for $8.00, and the portion I received (shown in the attached photo) is completely unacceptable for that price point.
What made the situation worse was the response from the manager on duty. She informed me that their portions “aren’t big” and stated that she “added more” okra just to make me happy, explaining that the normal large portion is actually less than what’s shown here. That is extremely concerning and does not align with reasonable customer expectations for an $8 side item.
Customers should not have to question portion sizes or feel dismissed when raising a valid concern. If this is truly the standard portion for a “large,” then the pricing is misleading. Transparency and consistency matter, and unfortunately, this experience reflected neither.
I hope management reviews portion standards and how customer concerns are addressed moving forward.

I had to leave a review. Good customer service is hard to find, but I just had one of the most pleasant interactions with the young, black, very pretty lady working the front today on 01/29/26 @ 1230pm. She was very friendly, greeted me with a smile and was very patient as I made my decision as to what I wanted to order. I only wished I had gotten her name to include in this post. She reminded me of my daughter and her parents and the store management should be proud. She is definitely representing them all well.
Ofcourse the food was good to, but to me great customer service is where things start.

Worst customer service ever! I’ve never had to complaint about this place and my husband and I order from here on a regular. Today my husband called in 2 All-American burgers (something we often get) with the works and extra pickles. When he got home with the order we had plain cheeseburgers with 3 pickles wrapped separately for each. We called expecting they would replace the burgers, but the manager said the young girl that took our order said we didn’t order the works, so let it be a teaching lesson and she would not be able to replace the burgers. I was furious! I told her we have never had a problem with our order and we always order our burger the same way. She didn’t care, she said that’s not what the person said we ordered, and that we only ordered extra pickle. I told her we didn’t need vendor get that, they gave us each 3 pickles total. She said she was sorry about that, but there was nothing she could do. I told her that we as very bad customer service and she said she didn’t know think so. Wow! It’s usually a good experience, but not today, and needless to say, we will never support ANY Shane’s Rib Shack again! The saying is true…”One bad apple can spoil the whole bunch.”

This Shane’s location must be under new ownership cause it has improved so much since our last visit. They were very busy today, and I saw the GM and catering lady reaching out to help the employees. You know a good boss if they are willing to put in the same work they are asking their employees to do. This location was clean, the food was delicious, and everyone was very helpful. We will be coming back.

I had a great experience at Shane’s Rib Shack. The service was exceptional-everyone was so nice and accommodating, making me feel welcomed from the moment I walked in. The food was equally impressive. The chicken tenders are a personal favorite of mine and never disappoint-crispy, flavorful, and cooked perfectly every time. If you’re looking for great food and friendly service, this is definitely the place to go. Highly recommend.

I placed a mobile order. There wasn’t anyone in the store when I came in and beforehand because I was sitting in the parking lot. when I walked in At the time it was supposed to be ready, It wasn’t ready. they told me they were just finishing up so i expected my food to be hot. everything was cold. and not only that they got my order incorrect. By the time I was realized, they were already closed. This is just disappointing because I was looking forward to this meal only to find that I got green beans instead of baked beans and a cold slab of pork.
