Don’t walk, run from this place!! I got he baby back ribs & they were nothing but fat & still very pink! The wife got a grilled chicken salad & the chicken was so dry, she could barely eat it! Hope your food comes out better than ours but for us……… we’re one & done!! Not going back

They are always very nice and friendly and courteous. The food is great. The chicken and ribs are tender, moist and falls off the bone.

Pickup time was set for 11:00 a.m. I arrived and was told the ticket machine “wasn’t working in the back” (but it was clearly working in the front because the employee printed the ticket). They hadn’t even started my order, even though it was placed the night before.
If you can’t fulfill an 11:00 a.m. pickup time, then REMOVE that time slot. If I wanted my order at 11:15 or 11:20, I would have selected that.
Edit: This is HILARIOUS! I ordered a loaf of texas toast. On the picture it’s CLEARLY buttered and toasted! They gave me a loaf of bread!! I asked the girl about it she tells me it just says a loaf of bread…

Shane’s pulled pork was ok. The bbq sauce tasted good, but the meat was like mushy. I didn’t care for the texture. The fries were really hot & the slaw was delicious. They have good sweet tea also. The atmosphere was very clean.

Great atmosphere, great food! They have burgers, BBQ, ribs, chicken, wings, salads, something for everyone! And the prices aren’t bad either! It’s a nice place to go with family and for a date. Definitely will be making a another return trip.

I typically do not have a good experience with shanes, the food is mediocre and over priced. However this last time I ordered a to go order. Smoked wings, and my husband picked it up. These wings don’t look or taste smoked or even look like the wings pictured on the website, the beans and potato salad was ok, but I didnt eat it all. Wouldn’t recommend here if you want BBQ food.
