Shane’s is awesome! Their smoked wings are amazing even without any sauce. Prices are very reasonable. We definitely enjoying popping in here for a quick, easy meal

Food tasted so bad, we didn’t finish it and I immediately went home to brush my teeth.
I used to like the chopped chicken from here, and coleslaw but it was not edible today. My Coleslaw tastwd horrible. No flavor what so ever. I took one bite and said nope. On to the sweet potato fries. These were so overly cooked and crispy, it was hard to eat, so I left those. The chicken was not very good either. I had a few bites with toast and left it. My husband wasn’t impressed and neither were our daughters. We gave it a try and will pass on getting this again. The soda was good though.

Wow, hidden little gem. Got the smoked winga – cooked perfectly. My only ding and only because of my owb taste buds – BBQ – only lesser degrees of sugar taste. The”Spicy BBQ” MAY be losing the coen syrup and the sugar combo ti the heat to shine… not gripping. great flavor. And as most who know me, I dont care for the taste while I eat meat.

The food was fairly solid. In fact, we even commented that the food was better than expected given the chain nature of the restaurant. The service though…with the exception of one person, the staff was miserable. Not a smile, bad moods…

My party walked in and placed a pretty sizable order. We sat down and realized the restaurant was closing in 5 minutes. I apologized and told the cashier we would take it to go- we had no idea they were closing. All of the staff were genuinely kind and accommodating, inviting us to dine in if we’d like. We did end up taking it to go (with a kind bonus of peach cobbler), and even though the food is outSTANDING- crispy and flavorful wings, juicy ribs, etc- we are impressed with the professionalism of the team working tonight.

Outstanding food. I come here twice a week for lunch. The shack is across the street from the fitness center I work out in. Every meal I’ve had has been cooked to perfection. I’m trying every meal on the menu. A grilled chicken sandwich I ate last week was the best in my long life. The smothered pork sandwich I ate today was fantastic! The young ladies that work at the register and servers are friendly, helpful, and keep the tables clean. What a great place!

Ordered the sampler, asked for my wings rolled and they came out with no sauce. Asked the waitress to put the sauce on and she brought it back less then 20 seconds with this. Pathetic..

I recently ordered the buffalo shack fries for carry out. This had no seasoning and tasted bland. The fries were undercooked. It appears that this restaurant has given up. Throw in the towel. Please.

My original review was 5 stars, however after our last visit I would give it less than 1 if I could. I totally understand prices have increased quite a bit, however with rising prices, quality should not decline. I can also understand they no longer carry items because they are harder to get, such as Brunswick Stew and onion rings. I spent $91, part of my order was missing, the boneless chicken tenders were either overcooked or old, and missing bbq sauce for pork plates. They charge $12.50 for 10wings with no side, one of my wings was just a chicken wing tip!!!! I have never in my life seen such small wings. I totally wasted my money on this purchase and will not be back.
Thank you for your response. My receipt shows 12/10/2021 at 7:23pm. My receipt shows that I paid for 3- 10 piece wings @$12.50 each totaling $37.50. I also ordered an 8 piece for $9.99. We did not get anything extra to compensate for how small they were.
