To start, this place has a very nicely decorated and welcoming interior. While this didn’t change my experience, as I took food out, it was very pleasant.
The staff is also friendly, and quick to help when they can.
As for online ordering, I would advise setting the time 10-15 minutes before you’re going to arrive, as I waited about that long despite placing my order well in advance.

This place is always packed and there’s a reason for that. The staff is amazing and friendly, the food is wonderful and the parking is easily accessible from the Kroger shopping center.
The bathrooms are clean and well-kept. Each table is stocked with their signature hot sauces the and I saw them cleaning every chance that they got.
Good country music and friendly folks make this a great alternative to fast food.

I always get smoked wings and always love them. Until today.
I guess this is a smoked wing. I think these wings were smoked a few days too long. Really really bad. I don’t see how the person in the kitchen didn’t think “we can’t send these out.”

This was my first time to eat at this location, I usually eat at the Sugarloaf Parkway location in Lawrenceville. The girl at the register was obviously new. My order was wrong when they brought it to my table and the fries were cold like they had been in the refrigerator. They were out of tea, I had to get a soft drink and I don’t drink soft drinks. Very small portions of the meat on the sandwich.

Order my food at 515 to be picked up at 615. Got there at 605was told it would be 10mins. Walked at the door at 645 with no sorry it took so long thank you for your patience. Nothing. And only two people in dining room eating. Will be a longgggggg time before I go back

We got take out tonight and waited over an hour for it. The kitchen staff was very unorganized and the young lady at the front kept having to run around and get things back in order. The young lady at the front in the red shirt was the hardest worker I have seen in quite some time. I don’t think she ever stopped moving and she was gracious, kind, and never lost her smile. If she isn’t in charge, she should be.
