Love this place! I make a stop every time I’m in town for the French Market. I get a “create-your-own” wrap every time. Great options for a vegetarian and it’s delicious! Usually end up getting a pasta salad each time too.

Great place in downtown Wheaton for paninis and others delicious sandwiche for reasonably priced (most are $8.79). Staff is very friendly, lots of character with the diner-like seating, floor to ceiling glass walls, and cool music (they had a trendy coffee shop mix playing). Really enjoyed the Pesto Parm Panini and 12th Tribe Reuben.

A great old fashioned deli! The bread is fresh baked and tastes fantastic – crunchy on the outside and soft in the middle. I had the cubano which was delicious. Perfect amount of meat that was hearty but not overwhelming. A must stop for a quick lunch in Wheaton.

Aw man, I’ve been coming to Shane’s deli since they opened, but have definitely noticed that once Shane sold, prices have gone up and quality has gone down. Cookies are smaller. Meat portions smaller. But price somehow has gone up? I want to always give Shane’s a full five stars based on the nostalgia I have attached to it and the fact the guys who work the line are amazing and the same ones who’ve been there forever (shout out to them for real). I hope ownership can find a happy medium on prices and back to old portion sizes so it really feels like you are getting what you paid for.

Twelfth Street Reuben, tasted good, but was very light on the meat and had expected amount of sauerkraut. I definitely do not recommend unless they can provide a more substantial serving of meats. I can only wish that the sandwich I purchased was similar to the photo shown in a different review.
A group of us ordered four different sandwiches and impression was same for each.
Can’t speak to service or atmosphere as sandwich was take out.

Food was excellent. The last time I was in this building I was served a square scoop of ice cream, and sitting in the dining room brought back Great memories. I’ll be back for sure to create even more memories.

Charming old school setting with floor to ceiling windows and delectable sandwiches. Unique menu options including multiple reubens. Gluten free available, which was perfect for my girlfriend who is GF.

Pretty good place for a quick bite, the sandwiches are really good. The prices could come down a tad, but again, its the service and food that bring me back.
