When I arrived to pick up dinner, My salad was sitting on my pizza collecting heat. I would prefer the salad cold. I Had asked that my pizza be well done, not slimy and half cooked. When I asked if it could be sent back in to be cooked well done, there was no accommodation taken to make the Pizza the was I prefer. Perhaps better service and a better quality of food for the price. . When you pay $30 for a small salad and a medium pizza with three items for $30, I would expect to have a good quality food to take home. It’ll be my last visit, I’m used to a little better quality apparently it’s too much to ask for this neck of the woods.

Several months ago, I purchased pizza and garlic dough from Shanjac’s, it was good.
So today, I decided to order again. I called in the order but when I went to pick up, they didn’t have it ready. According to Shanan, they don’t check their messages so I waited for her to prepare the food. The pizza was gooey and the garlic dough so salty, you couldn’t eat it. I called and spoke with Shanan and she said bring it back and she would redo the order or return my money. I opted for the refund as my friends didn’t want to chance it. Anyway, I took it back except for what was tossed in the trash. Shanan backtracked on what she had stated on the phone and tried to give only a partial refund and accused me of doing this to them before. This was a false accusation, which I told her, amounting to defamation. She changed her position and refunded my money.
Be careful if you return anything because this may be her go to behavior, intimidate the customer, put them on the defensive, shock them into giving up. Really poor customer service.
