We visited this spot while on vacation an were delighted with the overall experience. $28 per heads for all you can eat from the menu – can’t get better than this. Everything was freshly made and tasted authentic. Seafood was super fresh and the rolls selection was solid. Would recommend this spot to otters who like sushi and similar cuisine.

Absolutely the Best Sushi in the Area!
Me and my girlfriend come here 2–3 times a week, and it’s hands-down our favorite spot! The sushi here is always fresh, beautifully presented, and truly authentic — especially the nigiri, which is by far the best we’ve found anywhere nearby.
Every visit feels special — from the gorgeous sushi bridge presentation to the incredible flavor and attention to detail in every piece. The staff is always welcoming and the service is consistent every single time.
If you’re looking for real, authentic Japanese sushi with great value, fresh ingredients, and beautiful plating, Shan Kishi is the place. We can’t recommend it enough!

We’ve been searching for a good sushi spot in Destin, and after trying several places, Shan Kishi is by far the best! The sushi was incredibly fresh and flavorful, and the restaurant itself is spotless, beautifully decorated, and has such a nice atmosphere.
A special shoutout to Cloe, who made our visit exceptional. She was so sweet and helpful, really taking the time to listen to what we like and guiding us to the perfect rolls every recommendation was a hit! Her warm, friendly personality and amazing service made the experience even better.

I particularly enjoy their all you can eat service, which typically ends around 3pm. Everything I’ve had has been a delight, and i make sure to bring friends and family here when possible. From sushi to hibachi, I’ve loved their food, and they are always willing to accommodate any dietary concerns. The staff are happy to chat with me and always provide excellent service. If you haven’t visited this location, you are missing out.

I had such a wonderful experience at this sushi restaurant! The fish was incredibly fresh and full of flavor, every bite just melted in my mouth. The presentation was beautiful—each plate looked like a piece of art. The staff were very friendly, attentive, and made me feel welcome right away.
