Shams Hot Chicken is EASILY one of the best quick-eat restaurants in the 570 and beyond. Been here multiple times and had everything on the menu. This new location is truly an experience to be in aswell, very nicely painted, great lighting & atmosphere. Food always comes pretty quick and is always so good. If you are looking for REAL GOOD food, this place is it!

Portions were amazing! However, the Inferno wasn’t hot enough for my personal taste. I would say it was only about 1.5x hotter than Tabasco sauce. Hopefully, they will add some hotter sauce options once they get fully established. Great prices compaired to KFC!

If you don’t try this chicken you are absolutely psychotic. All i can say is WOW! This chicken is so flavorful and definitely worth little wait time. The woman was so friendly and our order was made with love. It is crazy to know they are located in a gas station, but that doesn’t matter at the end of the day because they will be the next greatest chicken place. I am so excited to go back for more!!!

I am literally the pickiest person ever and 9 times out of 10 I don’t like food other people make or from restaurants. I literally don’t have a single complaint this was the best chicken I have ever had, I typically get the ick from chickens texture but this was absolutely phenomenal. I didn’t have a single fatty or tendon piece, literally better than I could make for myself. I don’t even like fried food, I got this to make my husband happy. Literally amazing!!! It was packed when we got there and even so our food came out in a reasonable time. This is definitely a must go place, I can’t wait to go back and try more!

Shams lives up to the hype from every angle with their chicken. I was sent a video and said “who, what, when, where, why”
Literally in a Sunoco on a corner off Wyoming Ave. No where to sit unless you want to play some games of chance, jam packed 10 minutes after it opened, and freshly made to order…. I got the Loaded Fries w/ Hot Honey and may be back for the #1 in a day or two.
Been to a few other hyped spots that were all over social media and never quoted Arnold “I’ll be back” until I barely finished half my meal…. half is a stretch!
They offer Mediterranean meals that are worthy of trying as well. If I dabble beyond chicken, I’ll let you know.

I had such a wonderful experience.The food was absolutely amazing, fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. What made it even better was the outstanding management and staff; everyone was so sweet and welcoming. There was a small miscommunication with my order, but the manager handled the situation perfectly he was attentive, professional, and incredibly helpful, making sure everything was resolved smoothly and without any hassle. The whole team made me feel valued and well taken care of, and because of the exceptional food and service, I will definitely be coming back!

Sham’s just opened recently, and I’ve already been here so many times!! My favorite is the loaded fries, which seems to be favored by everyone. Staff is friendly, and I got a free meal card once.

The atmosphere when you walk in is very roomie and the designs they have on the walls makes it really nice to stand and look around. The service is amazing very nice people and the owner himself is such a nice and amazing guy! The food is so good every time I have it my mouth waters and I never get tired of eating anything on their menu!!
