Had a great late lunch here! Everything came out hot, fresh and quick. We tried nearly all their appetizers and were not disappointed! Don’t sleep on their cheese curds or mojo pork nachos! We also got the Nashville hot chicken sandwich and bacon avocado ranch burgers. Both are incredible! The chicken was light, crispy and well balanced! The burger was Smokey and huge! Definitely coming here again!!

I hate to do this, it brings me no joy. Actually. I initially left a five-star review on all accounts. Went to get dinner last night, they weren’t very busy, they had a couple big tables. We sat down for 15 minutes, nobody took our order. Mind you we were starving. I finally broke down and called a waitress over and just asked her to take her order. She apologized for the wait. Another 15 minutes past, I was in view of the food window. I saw mine and my husband’s food come up. It sat there for 10 minutes, I was staring at it starving. I then had to ask another waitress to go check and see if that was my food. It was my food. When it got to us. The cheese on top of our Philly burger was cold, and they forgot to put onion rings instead of fries from my sandwich. So I told her there were no onion rings, she tried to take my food back but I refused. I think they were mad because I didn’t let her take my plate. Someone finally brought us our ticket, we put the card in within a minute of getting it, but it felt like they were intentionally ignoring us. We scraped up enough cash to cover the food and left. Food was good but we will not be back.

Food looks good but tastes bland. Atmosphere and service are top notch. Didn’t try drinks. I ordered cheese curds and Philly cheese steak egg rolls. Cheese curds were more like chopped up string cheese sticks and didn’t come with dipping sauce. Philly cheese steak meat tasted unseasoned. Christmas decorations are gorgeous! Our waitress was attentive and kind.

A Good little Place. Converted from a church. Went there on a Thursday and wasn’t too busy. Got really Quick service all together from start to finish. Ordered Half buffalo and half lemon pepper wings. They were great. They were Grilled. The lemon pepper wings were amazing! Definitely a cute place and definitely worth a visit!

Excellent! Now for the details. Stephanie is the Manager and she was amazing! The Philly cheesesteak egg rolls were one of the best appetizers I’ve ever had! Take my word for it and order them. Their onion rings were crispy crunchy and also delicious. The Happy Hour deals were more than enough reason for us to come back many times in the near future. Go there and enjoy it!

Two hour dinner that left a member of the party sick… This was my second and last time to Shaky Jake’s. I have never had a wait staff so non-existent, so fast on the blame shifting including blaming me for the order not being correct. When we noticed the second table get up and leave after waiting for service, we should have left too… molasses is the best way to describe the speed of service. I should not have to say this, but it is never okay for a restaurant to cover your dinner in gravy, when nothing says in the description that it is served with gravy. Since it was my son’s meal, I sent it back and waited for his meal to get corrected before I started eating my burger. By the time his meal came back, most at our table was done. As you can see in the picture, I ate about a third of my burger when I noticed missing ingredients. I alerted the wait staff as soon as I could find one. We eventually get our checks, and tried to pay. About 25 minutes later I had to go track the wait staff down and ask for our check and cards back. This is when the waitress told me next time not to wait so long if the food is wrong. She said her manager said it was my fault for not speaking up sooner… mind you I have never had the burger before, and had to find an employee to look at it and confirm the order was wrong. We were told at first it was one of the cooks moving to fast and not paying attention, later it became my fault. I told her I am not trying to argue, I just want my card and check so we can go. Literally as I signed the check, she is constantly telling me its my fault for waiting so long. And next time to let them know immediately when I realize the order is wrong. Let me be very clear, there will not be a next time.

The Place:
clean place, very nice ambiance, you can watch the game while you eat and hear but its not dominating or too quiet. mellow enjoyable joint. Kind and reserved staff.
The Food:
The Curly Fries, closest fry to arby’s without being arby’s and that’s a good thing.
The Hamburger Poutine, i wouldn’t call it poutine personally. It’s closer to hotdog chili on fries with cheese curds. Was it bad? No. Was it Good? it was OK. You’re expecting brown gravy in poutine, but this isn’t that.
The Steakhouse burger, it was good. nothing crazy or novel, typical cheese burger with some steak sauce. My youngest liked it and ate it, then proceeded to eat half my hamburger poutine. I found it strange because he’s actually the picky kid.
The Mushroom Swiss, was not a mushroom swiss like you’d expect. If you want a plain mushroom swiss ask them to leave off the peach whisky BBQ sauce. was it good? yes, you just want to temper your expectations since you’re expecting an umami mushroom swiss rather than a lightly smokey sweet BBQ burger.
The Philly Burger, OMG was this good. I was turned off by the idea of a messy burger that’s covered in cheese sauce. My oldest ordered it without noticing what it was. he also isn’t a fan of a burger you cannot pick up. He cut into it and took a bite and the look on his face told me immediately it was good. he let me take my fork into it for a bite. I can confirm, this was the winning plate for the visit.
A Horse with no Name, interesting drink (adults only) with a name that brings my father’s favorite song to mind. I’m more a fan of Gin cocktails like this. I was NOT disappointed. Gin with pineapple juice, lime juice, honey syrup, on a salted glass. it was mild and enjoyable.
I was impressed. I still wish to try the Teriyaki Burger, the Smokeshow, and am curious about their fish and chips. I’ll have to return the next time I’m in Broken arrow.

The Bacon Wrapped Jalapeno Poppers, absolutely delicious. my children only wished there were more. not spicy at all. Jake’s sauce and the cream cheese pair well and bring the flavors together to be even better.
The Teriyaki Burger, dang was this good! light tasting and refreshing. The grilled pineapple didn’t dominate the burger, but nicely complimented the lightly sweet soy sauce based teriyaki sauce on the burger. the asian slaw also lightly sweet. nothing overpowering the other, just a lightly sweet tasting magic burger. it leaves you with a pep in your step and feeling like you didn’t just just slam a massive burger in your gut, and you’re feeling good.
The Ode to Bramble Burger, also excellent but in the complete opposite way. Heavy tasting, filling, and extremely satisfying. You wont walk away from this burger feeling light. First you’d think the mustard and gravy combo on a burger would be off putting, but no, it’s actually great. latka(potato cake), gravy, thick cut bacon, 2 hamburger patties, fried egg (not runny), this thing feels like a heavy monster on your stomach. its the “Big Breakfast” in burger form.
my recommendation? take a friend, order 2 different burgers, split them in half, share, and get the best of 2 worlds.

Always great service. Decor is always great, but it’s specially decorated for Christmas. My husband and I loved it. Shaky Jake’s has amazing specialty cocktails, and they don’t skimp on size. They often have live music which is our favorite time to visit. We’re never displeased with the entertainment. They have delicious appetizers, however I’m not such a fan of the main courses. I suppose I’ve simply not ordered the right things all the times I’ve been. I find the food bland. However the carne aside fries are amazing listed under appetizers, but can be a meal. My hubby ordered them our most recent visit.

Nice roomy place. Lovely round bar in the middle of the restaurant with chairs. Bartender was very friendly. Plus many tables and chairs in the restaurant and on the outside patio. Our waiter was friendly and answered all our questions. We ordered the Philly Cheeseburger and a Swiss Mushroom Burger. Both very good. I’d order them again. Didn’t care for the onion rings but the curly fries were delicious. The food choices all looked good. They do have a happy hour too. We’ll be back.
