Went for a light lunch, so I didn’t have any of their main dishes.

We went on a weekday afternoon and it was completely empty. The staff was very friendly! We shared the combo with 2lbs shrimp, 1lb clams, and added on 1lb scallops. The seafood seemed very fresh and was not fishy at all. I don’t normally eat clams, but I enjoyed these. We didn’t experience any clove flavor that the other reviewers mentioned. We got the house sauce mild spicy.

It’s rare to find a restaurant where the actual looks as good as the pictures and tastes amazing, but here they managed it . Delicious food. Incredible service. They go above and beyond to give their customers an exceptional dining experience.

The place was clean and the service was amazing. We got a pound of shrimp with potatoes and sausage plus a side of cajun fries that came out to be ~$31. Great price for two people. I really hope to try their chicken dishes next.

Got the shrimp poboy and my pops got the seafood platter. Shrimp poboy was solid, crispy shrimp, fresh tomatoes and lettuce, and some sort of Remoulade that was bomb. That said, the seafood platter was next level. The crayfish and shrimp were good, not great BUT THE CATFISH AND CALAMARI were undeniable. Will be back

Viet-Cajun fusion does not work. Pick one or the other. Redlands needs a good Cajun restaurant, not another run of the mill Asian. The shrimp po’boy was very good and there was more than enough fries. The etouffe was awful. While the main ingredients of tasty shrimp, crawfish, sausage and peppers were there, the soup base was a gross Chinese buffet style, cornstarch thickened goo. Use a real roux or don’t bother at all. The rice was a poor quality, and pretty much disintegrated in the bowl. And etouffe is not ramen, so the added whole egg was just culturally all wrong and got tossed out. Service was very good, but the dining room was extremely cold and smelled like chemical cleaning products.

Service ok had to ask for thing we needed got things we didn’t need, bibs and gloves. Food was ok not great. Atmosphere make you think high end, but styrofoam water cups and plastic utensils. No healthy or vegetarian options.

I genuinely enjoyed this place. I had it for the first time today. I only had the Cajun style shrimp, and thought it was delicious. I personally do not enjoy overwhelming flavors of anything, and I did not get the whole “clove” thing. I would eat here again. I loved the Cajun edemame and calamari!
