From the moment we walked in, the service at Shakey’s was excellent. The staff was welcoming and attentive right from the start. Our servers were on top of everything bringing out our food promptly and consistently checking in to see if we needed anything.
A special shoutout to the manager, Luis, who checked in with us multiple times and genuinely made sure we were having a pleasant experience. You can tell he cares about both the customers and how the restaurant is run.
Great service like this really makes a difference. We’ll definitely be coming back.

We had an absolutely stellar experience at Shakey’s Pizza. Even on super short notice, they managed to accommodate our family for a 5 o’clock reservation for a small birthday celebration. We started with around 12 people, and when a few more folks joined, they seamlessly got us another table, expanding our group to about 16. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, checking in regularly to make sure we had everything we needed whether it was extra ranch, plates, or anything else. We were genuinely surprised by how great the service was for a pizza place! Big shout out to the manager, Luis, who took such good care of us. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Wow. This shakeys is on the rise, especially under their manager Luis, who makes considerable effort to greet his guests and gets to know them. I come for their “bunch a lunch” ($15 all you can eat buffet) 11am-2pm once a week(or once every two weeks on Tuesday or Wednesday) and it’s always really good. Their manager knows my order and has personally taken the time to make a pizza with custom toppings that I requested for their buffet. I’d love to gatekeep but there’s no better place for an affordable lunch of crispy fried chicken, tasty pizza, and of course Mojos. There’s always seating for large parties and besides the PCM there is spaghetti, garlic toast, cinnamon rolls, grilled chicken, gravy, and a salad bar. Come and see for yourself that above and beyond customer service still exist.

I went Wednesday October the 29th it was lunch time lunch time I was ordering takeout two legs two thighs and a side order of mojos Shakey’s did not disappoint me the food was fresh delicious and juicy all under $20 I will definitely be going back there were a lot of people they had a good deal between 11:00 and 2:00 for lunch time but I couldn’t stay so I ordered takeout the young lady that assist me her customer service was excellent also Fidel gave me my order he was very kind and had amazing customer service customer service with a smile also saw the manager he was amazing he was up and down trying to help everyone with a smile talking to everybody making sure everything was fine this place is amazing it’s clean the food is amazing there was tons of people for lunch I definitely have to go back Shakey’s keep doing what you’re doing no wonder people keep coming back this is amazing restaurant

We went there for a family party just the the 7 of us, we went and they seated us, we were enjoying our time playing in the arcade pretty good BTW. But they had the informed us that we needed to go. We had done nothing. But because of thier lack if information. It turned out that all the other tables, booths, and seats were all reserved. We were barely 2/3 done with our meal. So we had to pack the rest of our food and leave.
