We came for the Lunch Buffet! Great customer service! Lorena and Lulu gave us excellent customer service. They came by our table often asking us if we were ok and picking up our plates! There was 10 mins left until the buffet ended and we asked if anymore Smores Pizza was coming out and Ell put in a request for us! She even offered to bring it to our table! Thank you for making our dining experience enjoyable!

I don’t remember this Shakey’s being this bad.The picture is supposed to be four pieces of chicken and mojos. The chicken pieces were tiny and the mojos were unseasoned and mushy.

Had a splendid and welcoming experience. My family wanted to dine out so we decided to get Shakey’s. The food was well made, the vibe very pleasant, and the workers were wonderful. What made the experience even more enjoyable was one worker in particular. Giselle kindly greeted us and wiped down the table without us even having to ask. Usually I’d have to ask for a table wipe but she read my mind. Even after we got our food she attended to our every need. Would definitely recommend coming here food was great and the service was impeccable.

I spent almost $200 worth of food for my family and was treated terribly by Hannah for inquiring about my mojos, after 30 mins. Her attitude was shockingly poor and unprofessional. After I complained she was moved to the children’s section – glad someone took action. Hannah should take that unique customer service style straight to Chuckie Cheese’s; I hear they’re hiring for specialized roles.
On the complete opposite end of the spectrum is Lulu. Lulu is world class and a model employee in retail and hospitality. She is a genuine asset who single-handedly salvaged my experience after Hannah’s behavior. Lulu deserves a promotion immediately.

Fair size parking lot in the front facing Atlantic boulevard. Located next to just tires big green sign seen from the street.
Very clean and spacious. Old style Shakey’s atmosphere. All you can eat buffet is $11 plus tax soda extra. Everything very clean. Highly recommend it. Restrooms very clean but only one handicap and that’s the only toilet in men restroom.
