EVERY THING, reguster sections, the buffet area, salad bar, tables, shakers, including bathroom were spotless. EVEN the side walk and parking was very clean.

Yesterday we celebrated my mom’s 87th birthday and she wanted Shakey’s! I grew up in Whittier near one of the Original Shakey’s so the pizza, chicken & mojos brought back some good memories for us. However, the staff at the Chino location by far was exceptional to say the least! From the moment we walked in we felt important and welcomed. They were attentive and the parlor was clean. Every staff member had a smile and courteous and professional attitude. Thank you Marisa for being a positive example for your staff! Cassian thank you for taking such good care of us and Rosa and Mariana you guys made my mom’s birthday extra special. Thank again for making us feel welcomed and not rushed to turn a table! We will be returning soon!

Me and the kids come here often and the service and food is always good. They even sand my bookie happy birthday and gave her ice cream it was really sweet. She had a blast. We had a blast. And the kids love the arcade.

From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. I never felt rushed, and their attentiveness struck the perfect balance—present without ever being intrusive.
My server, Marissa, was fantastic. She not only suggested great new menu items when I asked but also offered a drink refill before I even realized I needed one. It’s those thoughtful little touches that truly elevate the experience.

This is our go to place when it comes to pizza and games for kids. The food is always good but the service not so good except for today. Today was actually the first time we had a great service, Ciara was very helpful when she took out order and also in the dining area. My husband ask if they could change the channel so he could watch boxing and Ciara made it happen. Not only her but the rest of the crew were very attentive, they all came to our table and check if everything was good, and yes everything was good.

I’m visiting from Las Vegas, and I have to say, Shakey’s Pizza Parlor blew me away! We don’t have Shakey’s back home, but after this experience, I’ll be stopping by every time I’m in California.

Pizza buffets are pretty nostalgic, so in our travels, when we see one, we try it. Plus, we thought it’d be a quick stop, and we could get back on the road. This was not quick. This was an hour long stop before we kinda just gave up. When we got there right after opening, there was one pizza on the buffet, and it was pepperoni. The next one came out after about 15 min, pepperoni again. Finally, a third pizza ham and peppers. Then, a pepperoni. The next was a Hawaiian, and then, you guessed it, a pepperoni. They were spaced so far apart that there were rarely more than 2 pizzas on the buffet.
It’s not really a pizza buffet if there aren’t different types of pizza. There were other food options, a salad bar with no cheese, fried chicken (dark meat only ), mashed potatoes, pasta, rice, and fried potatoes. Nothing I would have considered eating at a pizza buffet for lunch.
We finally just left because it had been an hour. The pizza is actually decent, so it was extra disappointing not to get to try a variety of pizzas.

Was pleasantly surprised at the level of service we received, when we sat down to wait for our food, the cashier Alex came over and she offered to bring us ranch or any other condiments we needed.
She kept checking on us throughout our time there. When our pizza arrived, there was a topping missing, the cook came over and apologized and made a fresh pizza right away.
Then later during our meal, the manager came over to check on us a couple of times also. They seemed to have a sense of urgency when it came to customer service, it was unexpected but very refreshing to see.
