I just had a party for my 12 year old daughter at the Norwalk Shakey’s. I made sure to book my party a few weeks in advance. I stopped in with questions before the party. Staff were very helpful and provided me options and allowed me to pick seating area. The tow employees that helped (Matthew and Javier) to clear plates and deliver food to the table were wonderful! My daughter and 12 of her friends had the best time together. I’m so happy with how smooth everything went. Thank you

Last night my 3 sons there kids and wives treated me to pizza , Mojos and beer for my birthday they surprised me with some old friends showing up I hadn’t seen in years we had such an amazing time our server was FANTASTIC very good with my grand children, more than attentive, she was quick,friendly and professional. She even used my phone to take group photos of us before we left talk about going above and beyond. Jen thanks for making my surprise birthday celebration so unforgettable! Definitely coming back soon!

My company had our monthly meeting in your party room on Tuesday with close to 25 people in attendance. And we had one of the best servers Jen was very friendly, and attentive to our entire group. Made sure we had everything we needed, brought out our food in a very timely fashion. And made sure to stop by the party room before her shift was ending to double check if we needed anything before she left and thanked us for choosing Shakeys pizza to have our function at. Its that kind of customer service that stands out and makes me want to return to a place. So thank you jen being that kind of server we will be coming back to visit again soon.

I had a great experience at Shakey’s! I called ahead to ask about the morning buffet, and Anthony was super helpful and patient. He clearly explained the buffet times, pricing, pizza sizes, slices per pizza, and different PCM options without ever rushing me. When I came in to pick up my order, he was just as friendly in person. I will definitely come back and I’m hoping Anthony is on shift again!

I visited the business today and it was an excellent visit!
The Young man at the counter was very respectful and professional and had excellent customer service very friendly.
There was also a young man on the floor attending to the customer’s needs and keeping the dining area in order. He too was very attentive respectful kind and wonderful customer service. The kitchen staff and a young lady replenishing the salad bar also possess the same amazing friendly customer service. Lastly I did speak with the manager to compliment the location and the team he has. The manager was very appreciative and the clear evidence as to why his staff is so approachable an interested in the needs of the customers.
I commend the team and I’m appreciative for the experience that my family and I had today.
Sadly customer service is the dying trait but not at this location.

Came with all my kids and husband for our teams fund raiser food was great with the exception that the cashier misheard my order because we were brought fried chicken instead of strips. But the young lady Jennifer that brought out our food was so polite always smiling and she seen my husband struggling to take a group photo of us all and she offered to take the photo so we could all be in the photo. Had a birthday dinner for my girl friends uncle last night there was at least 20 of us there and shakeys was sponsoring some sort of fundraiser at the same time so it was incredibly crowded. We seen at least 3 maybe 4 different servers while we were there and I think shakeys managers should no that they have 2 servers that were constantly working very attentive and friendly. Even being as busy as they were Jenna and Mathew great workers! And in another not so great note maybe you should have a conversation with your cashiers about how to be professional in front of guests. Rather than playing around and using foul language the way they did. I unfortunately I didn’t happen to catch the female cashiers name but the male cashier is who took our order so I was able to get his name from the reciept it was Angel. It wS the girl cashier that was cussing very loudly were guests could hear. But Angel was horse playing with her not very professional at all!
