I know service, and was impressed, I live close but am never over this way near meal times, was coming home and decided to stop. QUICK basic yummy! The burger was good, the shake was amazing. The service was top notch! I will be back for sure. Keep up the great job Shake Shoppe.

One of the best ice cream shop it is priced perfectly not expensive and the ice cream I delicious. I am not from here but when I drive Thur I gotta get me some ice cream. Oh and the staff are wonderful.

Shake shop is a wonderful place to stop for good food and fabulous shakes. During the middle of the day we were over visiting the butterfly garden in auburndale and just came on over. I got a banana and pineapple shake with real banana and real pineapples and a straw just stood up straight. It was so thick and Rich. I got the medium size and this fills you up

Great place to stop for an ice cream cone, milkshake, soda, or hamburger. They have a pretty varied menu and the prices aren’t bad (not nearly as low as they used to be though). Been going to this place since the ’80s.

I used to love coming here and bringing the family. I think our best days are behind us. They now have another “new menu” with no prices listed. When I inquired they said, “no one pays attention to them anyway”. Right. They said they could tell us at the window the prices. When my wife asked the cost of each size of a cone, she got the “I’m annoyed” attitude reading them off. They’ve always been a little slow but for the most part it’s not bad. They don’t put napkins out. It’s another trip to the window. The ice cream is decent and depending which teenagers are working that day can be pleasant. It’s ideally located across the street from the park. Prices continue to go up, but it’s not a surprise in this economy. As difficult it is to see rising prices at the grocery store and other establishments, I’m glad they list the prices so we don’t have to go up to the cashier to ask. Perhaps if things turn around I’ll revise my review.

Let me start off by saying, we eat here a few times a month, since it’s right next to the Aburndale park, so after our kids are done playing we come and get food. Yesterday we got here at 415pm and we ordered 6 double burgers, fries, 2 scoop ice cream cone, an Ice pop and a large chocolate milkshake, including tip it was around $60, so a nice size order. Well after I ordered, I was still standing at the window with it open and the girls inside were talking and they were complaining and upset, because they had already cleaned everything and put stuff away for their closing (they close at 5pm) and now they had to take the stuff back out and make our food. The store closes at 5pm and I was there at 415pm, so still had 45 minutes. I told them I was sorry and they said it was OK, that they would make my food, but that I would be the last food order. I just felt as a customer you shouldn’t be complaining about me supporting your business while I’m standing right in front of you. If you didnt want to make our food, just tell me and I would of taken my business else where. When I ordered the food, I asked if I could have the ice cream cone first, so that way my kids and I can enjoy it before our burgers. Well the one girl was rude to me after I placed the order (not the girl who made our food) and didn’t give me the ice cream cone until I had been skipped over by 2 other customers, who came after me and got their ice cream cones before me. Usually they go in order of the customers. After the 2nd customer got their ice cream before me, I asked her how come I haven’t gotten mine and her response was ” I got busy doing other stuff”. The other stuff was serving customers who got their after me. She was just being rude to me, since she was the one, who was most upset about me placing a food order 45 minutes before they closed. Sucks this happened because their burgers are absolutely delicious, but I shouldn’t be disrespected because I was supporting their business. Anyways, we got our food and left. The burgers were delicious, but the fries were old and soggy, I ended up throwing them away. Sucks this happened. Have a good one.

Mid food, and the customers service horrible asked nicely for ketchup and got talked with attitude. Everyone else got talked nicely and even i gave tip to see if it would change anything but got treated worst. Would never come back.
