After a long day of being out and about we stopped here on the way home for dinner. My biggest gripe is the name. How is a place called SHAKE shop when they only offer 5 flavors? I mean I don’t think it’s unrealistic to expect a place to match its name? But getting over that first bump, the place is okay. I can understand why it might be a place locals love but being from out of town, it’s not worth a stop. The waitress was nice enough. The food was extremely basic. Like if I was at home I could have made the same exact meal to a T no problem. There wasn’t anything that made it special or made it stand out to where I would want to go back again. The fries didn’t even have salt on them and the cheese fries looked like they had been microwaved. The booths are hard wood with no cushion so I had to switch seats with my daughter who was sitting in a chair on the end cuz there was no way I could sit on that bench longer then 10 mins… The bathroom is so small you’ll hit your head on the wall getting up from the toilet if your not careful!! Just not worth the stop. McDonald’s would have been better.

The website says they are open until 9:30pm but my wife just went there at 8:30 on Saturday night and their ain’t a soul there. Same thing happened on a Friday night a couple of weeks ago. I love Shake Shop, especially the strawberry peanut butter milkshake but the place is never open when we go. What the heck?

Small town restaurant with a large menu! This place has country cooking at its finest!! The food is genuinely delicious. It’s fresh and good sized portions for hungry customers. The best part is the prices. Most all other restaurants these days have ridiculous prices but not here. It’s fair priced with good sized portions. We live 30 miles away up in the mountains and it’s worth the drive!!!

First time there and loved everything. It was 7 at night and we satisfied all our cravings… dinner, breakfast and shakes!!! Yummy! I’m normally zipping by working but it was worth it for the later dinner!!! Great,,odd prices!

Firstly id like to say the double cheeseburger is prolly one of the best I’ve ever had. I go here every week sometimes. That being said the customer service is the slowest I’ve ever seen in my entire life. You have to call in at least 30 or 40 minutes ahead of time and they don’t ring anybody up till the order is ready so everytime you pay your just awkwardly standing around in a tiny space in the way the whole time. Very very poor customer service attitudes and efficiency in general. Thats the only reason for 3 stars. Of they rang up people orei efficiently and answered phones a little happier itd easily be 5 stars all day !! Dont even mind he wait its so good. Do not eat in obviously. Unless you like sitting there for 45 minutes.

I used to really like this place but every time I place an order now it isn’t right, I’m paying more, and I’m waiting more than 20 minutes after the time they gave me. I’ve had rude service and I’m seriously thinking about leaving them alone entirely. After the last 4 orders, I’m HIGHLY disappointed.

My family and I just moved to North Carolina and this was our first time trying Shake Shop. From the time we stepped through the door I knew this place was going to be delicious. We were greeted by friendly faces, and the food came out in a very timely manner. Our waitress recommended the cheeseburger specials, and the homemade ranch. Both were absolutely amazing and we will be back. I’m very excited to try all the great options this restaurant serves!
