Okay let’s not get this twisted, we ordered the Shake Stack and they were awesome! The 2 stars is for the peppermint shake, let’s start by it was 10.00! Same price of the burger, and to make matters the skake had a very strong taste of Hershey syrup!!! Barely taste peppermint a waste of 10.00 we ended up throwing it away by no means worth the money or calories!!! Customer service and food was great!

Love this location specifically. We sat outside at sunset and it was just lovely. The service is also amazing! My food was great, but my husband ordered the veggie burger and he said it tasted like warmed raw meat. He usually likes veggie burgers so was pretty disappointed on that front. Everything else was great though!

My husband ordered 2 hamburgers, fries and a hot dog from this place and this has to be the first time I’ve ever had food that was inedible in a very long time, especially at $61 wasted on fast food. This hot dog was so dried out, it was disgusting.

Regis was incredibly sweet and made my whole experience at this location even better. The food came out quickly and was delicious. I loved the outdoor seating with the water view, it really elevated the whole vibe. Overall, such a great experience here. Would definitely come back!

We are shake shack fanatics and have tried all of them in Central Florida. And the one at Las Vegas strip. This one is by far my favorite. The staff here ia the nicest of all. The food is always fresh at shake shack but this location never over due the burger on sauce or onions. I always ask for onions and pickles and some locations love to put almost half an onion inside the burger, no idea why. But this place is so nice to come to, the staff is always smiling. There is a lady that has short hair serving tables and she looks like she loves her job, always singing and cracking jokes with everyone. She wears a bandana. The lake view is very nice during fall. Sitting outside is relaxing. Not so much during summer but still nice. Love this location! Better in food quality, service and cleaning.

Been a few months since I’ve been. Love Shake Shack. Went to try the new Korean food. Had the chicken sandwhich. It was delicious. I got a regular strawberry shake and fries. So good. Service was great too. Friendly staff.

As one of the few Shake Shack locations around Orlando, this restaurant is always busy. It takes a while for food to come out, regardless if ordered at the kiosk or online.
However, the seating is great, outdoor seating is right next to a beautiful lake and they have ping pong and shuffleboard games in the restaurant.
Food is good, but the star of the show are the shakes.

Stopped at shake shack for lunch. My wife and I had burgers and shakes. The burgers were delicious and the shake was equally good. The strawberry shake was smooth and creamy and very tasty. The staff person was polite and helpful when we ordered. An added bonus was the lovely scenery out the back patio where we ate our meal. There was a beautiful large pond out back that the patio overlooked, plus a cool water fountain/feature along one side of the building. A very nice experience here!
