Ordered on DoorDash and they forgot my lemonade. Also I substituted my bread for lettuce and received lettuce that was spoiled, soggy, and black. As well as a burger patty with holes.

Every visit with any Shake Shack location I have been to, their customer service is AMAZING. The cashiers are always so friendly, and helpful. They always take my order with a positive, warm attitude. My most recent cashier was Alana, she made my experience a 10/10, just as all the other times! Quinn was super nice! We talked about how tragic it was that the dairy-free shake was gone (please bring it back!), she was really nice about my gluten sensitivity, and she recommended the sunset lemonade. The lemonade is good! And the burger is great! It’s definitely one of the best fast food burgers I’ve had! 🙂

Loved the service that Quinn provided. She explained in detail how the allergy’s procedure worked and even provided my food in a different bag which I was grateful for. Loved how helpful and understanding she was about my allergy and recommending a menu of different items that did not have egg. I will definitely be retuning to this place.

The food is not good enough, we order 3 different types of burgers, fries, and drinks. More than $65.00 dollars for that price, you should expect to be better, and the quality of the food is awful!
Plus! The lady that took our order she has a really bad attitude! She barely wants to speak to us. We ask for what kind of drink they have, and she just rolled her eyes to me!
