This Shake Shack location was the worst I’ve been to. Let me say that I’ve been to their locations from DC to SoCal and they were great. This location in SJ seriously undercooked my burgers. After eating a quarter of the burger I noticed that the patty was pink, therefore not edible. I took it back and they gave me another burger. The supervisor apologized and gave me another burger. Assuming that this burger was going to be cooked, well I was wrong. Second burger was also pink! I didn’t even go back and threw it in the garbage. Avoid this location unless you like rare burger patties.

Ordered through their app. I tried the chicken sandwich for the first time. It was ready in 5 minutes. The sandwich was delicious, hot and fresh. The young lady helping face excellent customer service. I will be back next time I’m in the mall.

Ordered my lunch and signed up for text notifications when it was ready to pick up. Recv’d text confirmation but never that my order was ready. Went to ask about my order and it was just sitting on the counter. No text message was received. When I asked why I was told I was probably “too far away”. A – I was 30’ away, and B – have good cell coverage here as I eat my lukewarm burger and onion rings. Won’t be coming here again

The burger patty was extremely delicious. the meat was cooked at a perfect temperature and was worth what we paid . We got avocado lettuce cheese bacon and the special sauce they use 10/10. The fries weren’t bad at all but not worth $4 since you have to order it separately. Customer service was great ! She didn’t make a mistake and was friendly .

First time here and I had the most smallest expensive burger I’ve ever had. It was like a slider then a regular hamburger size. The mushroom burger my bf had was the best! Mine was fine I just expected more for the price.

It’s probably on the top 3 of my list of burger spots. Something about the way they prepare and cook their burger patties just gives it more flavor than others. It’s a bit more expensive than in-n-out, but it might be better, to be honest.

Iv been hearing alot of hype regarding the burgers from this place. So I decided to try it out.. honestly wasn’t impressed. Burger had no flavor. Basically tasted like beef and grease. Maybe I should have added ketchup to the burger. But iv always believed good burgers dnt need ketchup. But man was I wrong. Maybe it the burger I chose or maybe the time of day I went. I dunno but it wasn’t good. The shake was amazing but I’d hope that be easier to make then the burger. Over all I’d still prefer in and out . Or. Even five guys over the shake shack burgers.
